研究目的：

1.筛选并验证宫颈癌相关的tRF&tiRNA表达谱； 2.分析宫颈癌差异表达的tRF&tiRNA与临床特征之间的相关性； 3.明确表达差异tRF&tiRNA在宫颈癌中的作用及分子机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Screen and validate the expression profiles of tRFs & tiRNAs related to cervical cancer; 2. Analyze the correlation between differentially expressed tRFs & tiRNAs in cervical cancer and clinical features; 3. Clarify the role and molecular mechanisms of differentially expressed tRFs & tiRNAs in cervical cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.术前均未接受任何放化疗或激素治疗； 2.所有标本经病理诊断为宫颈鳞状细胞癌，癌旁正常组织均由病理医师证实无任何类型良恶性肿瘤存在； 3.所有患者临床病理资料及超声检查资料结果完备，病理均由至少２位高年资的病理医师确诊。

Inclusion criteria

1.None of them received any radiotherapy, chemotherapy or hormone therapy before the operation.
2.All specimens were pathologically diagnosed as cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and the adjacent normal tissues were confirmed by pathologists to have no benign or malignant tumors of any type;
3.All patients' clinical and pathological data as well as the results of ultrasound examinations were complete. Pathological diagnoses were confirmed by at least two senior pathologists.

排除标准：

1.既往任何妇科肿瘤手术史者；
2.合并感染性疾病、自身免 疫系统疾病、其他恶性肿瘤或重要器质性病变者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who have had any previous history of gynecological tumor surgery;
2.Those with concurrent infectious diseases, autoimmune system disorders, other malignant tumors or significant organic lesions.
