研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨肺癌术后患者延迟折扣水平、潜在结构及其影响因素，同时分析延迟折扣与自我效能及肺康复依从性之间的相关性，并在此基础上明确延迟折扣与肺康复依从性的关联性，为制定个体化肺康复依从性干预策略提供理论依据，从而提升肺癌术后患者肺康复依从性水平及术后康复效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the levels of delay discounting, its underlying structure, and influencing factors in postoperative lung cancer patients. It will also analyze the correlation between delay discounting, self-efficacy, and adherence to pulmonary rehabilitation. Based on this analysis, the study seeks to clarify the relationship between delay discounting and adherence to pulmonary rehabilitation, providing a theoretical basis for developing individualized intervention strategies to enhance adherence levels and postoperative recovery outcomes in lung cancer patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经病理学或细胞学诊断为肺癌并已接受手术治疗的术后患者； 2.年龄≥18岁； 3.接受过肺康复健康教育，能独立完成或在他人协助或指导下完成肺康复训练和问卷调查； 4.意识清晰，无认知功能和语言交流障碍； 5.签署知情同意书，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.postoperative patients diagnosed with lung cancer by pathology or cytology and who had undergone surgical treatment; 2.aged >=18 years; 3.having received health education on pulmonary rehabilitation and being able to complete pulmonary rehabilitation training and questionnaires either independently or with the assistance or guidance of others; 4.being conscious and clear, with no cognitive function or verbal communication disorders; 5.signing an informed consent form and voluntarily participating in this study.

排除标准：

1.患有精神疾病无法配合的患者； 2.合并严重的心、脑、肾等器质性损害导致无法耐受肺康复训练的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with mental illnesses who are unable to cooperate; 2. patients with combined severe organic damage to the heart, brain, and kidneys resulting in an inability to tolerate pulmonary rehabilitation training.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

（1）一般资料：通过医院科室病历管理系统和与研究对象面对面询问收集数据。肺癌术后患者的延迟折扣、肺康复依从性、自我效能、焦虑抑郁及疼痛水平：通过问卷形式与研究对象面对面调查收集。在取得患者的同意及理解后，调查员发放问卷，由患者自行填写，对因文化程度低导致填写困难的患者，调查员可采取询问法帮助其填写。对患者不理解的条目内容，调查员及时向其解释，同时避免使用诱导性语言。问卷填写完毕并核对无误后现场收回。采用 Excel 软件进行数据录入和整理，再导入 SPSS 30 和 Mplus 8 软件进行下一步的统计分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

(1) General information: data were collected through the medical record management system of the hospital department and face-to-face questioning with the study subjects. Delayed discount, adherence to pulmonary rehabilitation, self-efficacy, anxiety and depression, and pain levels of postoperative lung cancer patients: collected through a questionnaire in the form of a face-to-face survey with the study subjects. After obtaining the patients' consent and understanding, the investigator distributed the questionnaires, which were filled in by the patients themselves; for patients who had difficulties in filling in the questionnaires due to their low literacy level, the investigator could help them to fill in the questionnaires by questioning method. For patients who do not understand the content of the entries, the investigator explains to them in a timely manner, while avoiding the use of inducing language. The questionnaire was completed and checked for errors and then retrieved on the spot. Excel software was used for data entry and organization, and then imported into SPSS 30 and Mplus 8 software for the next step of statistical analysis.
