研究目的：

本研究旨在通过一项随机对照试验，探讨为期 8 周的亲子共同运动干预对亲子关系质量的影响。具体而言，评估该干预对亲子关系亲密度与互动特征的改变，并进一步考察其对亲子双方运动动机、运动情感体验、主观幸福感、父母抑郁水平及体质健康指标的影响。同时，本研究还将通过干预结束后 1 个月的随访测量，分析干预效果的维持情况。研究结果有助于阐明亲子共同运动在促进亲子关系改善及身心健康中的作用机制，并为家庭为单位的身体活动干预提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this randomized controlled trial is to investigate the effects of an 8-week parent–child joint physical activity intervention on parent–child relationship quality. Specifically, the study aims to examine changes in parent–child closeness and interaction characteristics, and to further evaluate the effects of the intervention on physical activity motivation, affective responses to exercise, subjective well-being, parental depressive symptoms, and physical fitness indicators in both parents and children. In addition, a 1-month follow-up assessment will be conducted to examine the maintenance of intervention effects. The findings of this study are expected to clarify the role of parent–child joint physical activity in enhancing parent–child relationships and promoting physical and psychological health, and to provide evidence for family-based physical activity interventions.

纳入标准：

1. 儿童与家长能够参与一般身体活动； 2. 干预期间可保证出勤率不低于80%； 3. 家庭成员愿意配合完成问卷填写及体质测评并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children and parents can participate in general physical activities. 2. During the intervention period, the attendance rate can be guaranteed to be no less than 80%. 3. Family members are willing to cooperate in completing the questionnaire and physical fitness assessment and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 存在明确运动禁忌相关疾病； 2. 正在参与其他系统性运动干预项目； 3. 无法完成测评或预计依从性较差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are diseases related to clear sports contraindications; 2. Currently participating in other systematic sports intervention programs; 3. Failure to complete the assessment or poor expected compliance.

Intervention：

Parent–child joint physical activity intervention. The intervention lasts for 8 weeks, with two sessions per week and each session lasting 45 minutes. The program is delivered by trained research staff and includes warm-up activities, parent–child cooperative physical activities, physical fitness and skill exercises, interactive games, and cool-down activities, with an emphasis on joint participation, cooperation, and emotional interaction between parents and children.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用统一的纸质病例报告表（CRF）进行数据采集，由两名研究人员独立录入电子数据表，完成后进行交叉核对以确保数据准确性。所有数据均采用唯一编号进行去标识化处理，电子数据存储于加密计算机中，仅限研究团队成员访问。研究过程中定期进行数据完整性和一致性检查。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data will be collected using standardized case report forms (CRFs) and independently entered into an electronic database by two researchers. Data accuracy will be ensured through cross-checking procedures. All data will be de-identified using unique participant codes and stored on password-protected computers accessible only to authorized members of the research team. Regular data quality checks will be conducted throughout the study.
