我们的研究将进一步探索不同类型心衰（HFpEF、HFmrEF和HFrEF）背后更深层次的机制，包括研究与心衰相关的特定蛋白质表达水平、基因转录调控以及基因组变异与心衰发展之间的关联。我们将识别关键的蛋白质、基因表达谱和基因组变异，以揭示不同类型心衰疾病发展的分子机制和生物标志物。同时，我们将深入挖掘与心衰发病相关的分子通路，分析其在病理生理学过程中的作用，从而为未来发展针对个体化心衰治疗的靶向药物提供理论基础。通过综合临床资料和分子生物学技术，对心衰、心律失常患者的功能和代谢进行全面分析，以揭示不同类型心衰、心律失常的病理生理学特征和变化规律。同时，我们将探讨潜在的治疗靶点和策略，旨在提高对心衰、心律失常的诊断和治疗水平，为患者的临床管理和预后改善提供科学依据和临床指导。  

Objectives of Study：

Our research will further explore the deeper mechanisms behind different types of heart failure (HFpEF, HFmrEF, and HFrEF), including studying the specific protein expression levels, gene transcription regulation, and the association between genomic variations and heart failure development associated with heart failure. We will identify key proteins, gene expression profiles, and genomic variations to reveal the molecular mechanisms and biomarkers underlying the development of different types of heart failure diseases. At the same time, we will delve into the molecular pathways associated with the onset of heart failure, analyze their roles in pathological and physiological processes, and provide a theoretical basis for the development of targeted drugs for personalized heart failure treatment in the future. By integrating clinical data and molecular biology techniques, a comprehensive analysis of the function and metabolism of patients with heart failure and arrhythmia is conducted to reveal the pathophysiological characteristics and changes of different types of heart failure and arrhythmia. At the same time, we will explore potential therapeutic targets and strategies aimed at improving the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure and arrhythmia, providing scientific basis and clinical guidance for the clinical management and prognosis improvement of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.有心衰症状（胸闷气短，水肿等），BNP大于100，HFpEF评分大于6分； 2.BMI > 30 kg/m^2（2分），房颤（无论阵发或者持续，3分）、>= 2 种药物治疗的高血压（1分）、肺动脉收缩压 > 35 mmHg（1分）、年龄 > 60 岁（1分）和 E/e' > 9（1分），大于等于6分可确诊.

Inclusion criteria

1. Symptoms of heart failure (such as chest tightness, shortness of breath, edema), BNP greater than 100, HFpEF score greater than 6 points; 2. BMI > 30 kg/m^2 (2 points), atrial fibrillation (whether paroxysmal or persistent, 3 points), hypertension treated with >= 2 types of medication (1 point), pulmonary artery systolic pressure > 35 mmHg (1 point), age > 60 years (1 point), and E/e' > 9 (1 point); a total score of 6 or more points confirms the diagnosis.

排除标准：

没有缺血、瓣膜性心脏病、心肌病、心包疾病、高输出心力衰竭或有临床意义的肺部疾病的情况下

Exclusion criteria：

In the absence of ischemia, valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, pericardial disease, high output heart failure, or clinically significant pulmonary disease.
