研究目的:

本研究旨在对比分析DEEPSEEK智能系统指导的个体化截骨术与传统经验性膝关节置换术的临床疗效。通过前瞻性队列研究,纳入需行全膝关节置换术的患者,随机分为实验组(基于DEEPSEEK下肢力线分析制定个体化截骨方案)与对照组(传统术式)。评估两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后下地时间、下肢力线恢复精度(通过影像学测量)及膝关节功能评分(HSS评分)。研究结果将为精准化关节置换术提供循证依据,优化手术策略。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to comparatively analyze the clinical efficacy of individualized osteotomy guided by the DEEPSEEK intelligent system and traditional empirical knee arthroplasty. Through a prospective cohort study, patients requiring total knee arthroplasty were included and randomly divided into the experimental group (individualized osteotomy regimens were formulated based on DEEPSEEK lower extremity force line analysis) and the control group (traditional surgical method). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative ambulation time, lower extremity force line recovery accuracy (measured by imaging) and knee joint function score (HSS score) of the two groups were evaluated. The research results will provide evidence-based basis for precise joint replacement surgery and optimize surgical strategies.

纳入标准:

1.符合美国风湿病学会(ACR)膝骨关节炎(KOA)诊断标准;
2.(2)初次行全膝关节置换术(TKA)治疗;
3.(3)Kellgren-Lawrence分级Ⅲ-Ⅳ期;
4.(4)资料完整且能坚持门诊复查或电话随访者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis (KOA) of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR); 2. Initial total knee arthroplasty (TKA) treatment; 3. Kellgren-Lawrence grading stage III-IV; 4. Complete data and the ability to adhere to outpatient follow-up or telephone follow-up.

排除标准:

1.需要使用限制性假体或翻修假体者;
2.(2)既往有膝关节周围截骨术史;
3.(3)类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎等炎症性关节病;
4.(4)创伤后关节炎;
5.(5)合并严重腰椎或髋关节病变(影响功能评估);
6.(6)认知功能障碍或精神疾病患者;
7.(7)BMI>40kg/m2。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Those who need to use restrictive prostheses or modified prostheses; 2. There is a history of osteotomy around the knee joint in the past; 3. Inflammatory joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis; 4. Post-traumatic arthritis; 5. Combined with severe lumbar or hip joint lesions (affecting functional assessment); 6. Patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental illness; 7. BMI>40kg/m^2.
