研究目的：

1.探究MCI老年人姿势控制能力下降的中枢神经调节机制。 2.探讨太极拳运动如何通过影响大脑功能和神经网络调节改善轻度认知障碍老年人的姿势控制能力。 3.通过神经成像技术（fNIRS）监测太极拳运动前后大脑功能的变化，分析中枢神经系统在姿势控制中的调节作用。 4.评估太极拳运动对认知功能、姿势稳定性和跌倒风险的综合干预效果，验证其在改善轻度认知障碍老年人中的应用潜力。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the central nervous regulatory mechanism of postural control impairment in the elderly with MCI. 2. To explore how Tai Chi improves postural control in the elderly with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) by affecting brain function and neural network regulation. 3. The changes of brain function before and after tai Chi exercise were monitored by neuroimaging technology (fNIRS), and the regulatory role of the central nervous system in postural control was analyzed. 4. To evaluate the comprehensive effects of Tai Chi on cognitive function, postural stability and fall risk, and to verify its potential application in improving cognitive function in the elderly with mild cognitive impairment (MCI).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄超过65岁； 2. 没有心血管系统、呼吸系统、肌肉骨骼系统、神经系统疾病，没有影响视力水平的疾病且视力良好； 3. 最近六个月没有使用过任何影响平衡能力和神经系统的药物； 4. 最近六个月没有发生摔倒； 5. 能够独立行走； 6. 右利手； 7. MCI被试需符合主诉记忆能力减退，临床痴呆评定量表中得分>=0.5分，蒙特利尔认知评估(MoCA)测试评分>20分且<26分。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age over 65 years; 2. No cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, or neurological diseases; no conditions affecting visual acuity and with good vision; 3. No use of any drugs affecting balance or nervous system function in the past six months; 4. No falls in the past six months; 5. Able to walk independently; 6. Right-handed; 7. MCI participants must report memory decline, have a Clinical Dementia Rating score >=0.5, and a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score >20 and <26.

排除标准：

1. 由于脑外伤引起的MCI； 2. 认知功能严重损害（MoCA＜18分）； 3. 有精神病史或先天精神发育迟缓； 4. 甲状腺功能异常、严重贫血、梅毒、HIV等导致的认知功能损害的系统性疾病； 5. 患有能引起认知功能障碍的脑肿瘤、帕金森病、脑炎、癫痫等神经系统疾病； 6. 有眼部疾患（青光眼、白内障等）及色觉障碍（色盲、色弱）导致视力不正常； 7. 有神经系统、肌肉骨骼系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统等疾病； 8. 六个月内发生过摔倒。

Exclusion criteria：

1. MCI due to traumatic brain injury; 2. severe cognitive impairment (MoCA < 18); 3. history of mental illness or congenital mental retardation; 4. systemic diseases with cognitive impairment caused by thyroid dysfunction, severe anemia, syphilis, HIV, etc.; 5. patients with brain tumors, Parkinson's disease, encephalitis, epilepsy and other nervous system diseases that can cause cognitive impairment; 6. Abnormal vision caused by eye diseases (glaucoma, cataract, etc.) and color vision disorders (color blindness, color asthenia); 7. nervous system, musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system and other diseases; 8. had a fall within 6 months.
