探究流体明胶在单节段腰椎融合手术中的应用以及对患者预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the application of fluid gelatin in single-segment lumbar fusion surgery and its impact on patient prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.行单节段腰椎融合术的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who underwent single-segment lumbar fusion surgery;

排除标准：

1.合并血液系统疾病； 2.全身其他系统疾病对凝血系统有影响； 3.严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全和患有精神疾病的患者； 4.术前检验明显异常者； 5.既往腰椎手术史或脊柱肿瘤、感染的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Hematological diseases; 2.Other systemic diseases can have an impact on the coagulation system. 3.Patients with severe dysfunction of the heart, lungs, liver and kidneys, as well as those with mental disorders; 4.Preoperative tests showed significant abnormalities; 5. Patients with a history of lumbar spine surgery or spinal tumors or infections.
