研究目的：

开发并评估基于AI、以小队PK为核心的体重管理项目，检验其在成人体重下降、腰围缩减及知识、态度行为（KAP）转变、身心社健康提升中的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop and evaluate an AI-based weight management program centered on team competition, and to verify its effectiveness in promoting weight loss, waist circumference reduction, KAP (Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice) transformation, and improvement of physical, mental, and social health in adults.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

志愿者参与PK组或者非PK组的运动打卡，观察两组志愿者的体重和腰围及相关健康观念的变化 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Volunteers in the PK group and non-PK group will participate in sports check-ins, and changes in their body weight, waist circumference, and related health perceptions will be observed and compared between the two groups. 

纳入标准：

?年龄18-60岁； ?身体质量指数（BMI）≥24kg/m2（超重）或男性腰围≥90cm，女性腰围≥85cm； ?拥有智能手机并能熟练使用； ?自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18 to 60 years old; Body Mass Index (BMI) ≥ 24 kg/m2 (overweight), or waist circumference ≥ 90 cm for males and ≥ 85 cm for females; Possess a smartphone and be proficient in its use; Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

?患有严重心、脑、肾等器质性疾病或运动禁忌症； ?近期（3个月内）参加过其他减肥项目或服用减肥药物； ?孕妇或哺乳期妇女； ?有饮食障碍或严重精神疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

Suffering from severe organic diseases of the heart, brain, kidneys, or other organs, or having contraindications to exercise; Having participated in other weight loss programs or taken weight loss medications within the recent 3 months; Being pregnant or breastfeeding; Having a history of eating disorders or severe mental illnesses.
