Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ceramic membrane closure in the treatment of congenital heart disease

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ASD：1. 2到65岁之间
2. 继发孔房间隔缺损
3. 缺损最大伸展径小于40mm的二孔中央型ASD；
4. 缺损边缘距冠状静脉窦，房室瓣和右上肺静脉距离大于等于5mm等。
VSD：1. 3岁到65岁
2. 室间隔缺损
3. 缺损左室面直径3-14mm，儿童小于10mm
4. 膜周部缺损为右室侧多孔时至少有一孔直径大于2mm
5. 缺损边缘距主动脉右瓣大于2mm
6. 无明显主动脉瓣脱垂及主动脉返流；
7. 左向右为主的分流等。
PDA：1. 4个月到65岁之间体重6Kg以上
2. 动脉导管未闭者
3. 循环系统没有解剖学畸形者
4. PDA最窄处内径为2-16mm

Inclusion criteria

ASD:
1. 2 to 65 years old;
2. Secundum atrial septal defect;
3. Maximum diameter of the defect is less than 40mm of two holes central ASD;
4. Distance between the edge of defect and Coronary sinus/Atrioventricular valve /Right superior pulmonary vein is more than 5mm.
VSD:
1. 3 to 65 years old;
2. Ventricular septal defect;
3. Diameter of defect in left ventricular is 3-14mm (child<10mm);
4. Perimembranous defects for the porousof the right ventricular side at least one larger than 2mm;
5. Distance between the edge of defect and the right aortic valve is more than 2mm;
6. No aortic valve prolapse/aortic regurgitation;
7. Left to right shunt.
PDA:
1. 4 month to 65 years old;
2. Patent ductus arteriosus;
3. Weight<6kg;
4. The most narrow place is between 2-16mm.

排除标准：

ADS：1. 重度肺动脉高压导致右向左分流
2. 原发孔型及静脉窦型ASD
3. 有严重肌肉疾患或瓣膜疾病
4. 体型过小
5. 对抗血小板剂治疗有禁忌
6. 心脏内有血栓或其他严重疾病者，预计寿命小于三年
VSD：1. 必须外科校正的心脏畸形
2. 主动脉瓣脱落
3. 主动脉关闭不全, 缺损解剖位置不良放入封堵器后影响主动脉瓣或房室瓣功能
4. 重度肺动脉高压导致右向左分流
5. 下肢静脉血栓导致静脉完全闭塞
6. 任何恶性病症和对抗血小板剂有禁忌的
7. 体型过小等
8. 心脏有栓塞或其他严重疾病，预计寿命小于三年
PDA：1. 伴有必须心外科矫正的其他先天性心脏畸形，依赖PDA的心脏畸形
2. 体型或年龄过小
3. 重度肺动脉高压导致右向左分流
4. 下肢静脉血栓导致静脉完全闭塞
5. 活动性心内膜炎或者引起菌血症的其他感染
6. 严重恶疾，预计寿命小于三年

Exclusion criteria：

ASD:
1. Severe pulmonary hypertension causes right to left shunt;
2. Primary and venous sinus ASD;
3. Severe muscle disease or valve disease;
4. Vascular anatomy unable to accommodate the appropriate-sized sheath for device introduction;
5. Contraindications to antiplatelet agents;
6. Intracardiac thrombus or other serious diseases that may cause death in 3 years.
VSD:
1. Heart abnormality;
2. Aortic regurgitation;
3. Anatomic adverse defects;
4. Severe pulmonary hypertension causes right to left shunt;
5. Deep vein thrombosis causes vein occlusion;
6. Contraindications to antiplatelet agents;
7. Vascular anatomy unable to accommodate the appropriate-sized sheath for device introduction;
8. Intracardiac thrombus or other serious diseases that may cause death in 3 years.
PDA:
1. Heart abnormality depends on PDA;
2. Vascular anatomy unable to accommodate the appropriate-sized sheath for device introduction;
3. Severe pulmonary hypertension causes right to left shunt;
4. Deep vein thrombosis causes vein occlusion;
5. Endocarditis, Bacteremia and other Infections;
6. End stage malignant tumor, or other severe disease that may cause death in 3 years.
