研究目的：

我们将研究 CLDN9调控结直肠癌增殖、侵袭和转移的具体分子机制，主要研究 CLDN9 表达作用于 EMT过程引起肿瘤转移的具体调控机制并寻找阻断肽，为临床结直肠癌患者的诊疗研发新的靶向治疗药物。  

Objectives of Study：

We will study the specific molecular mechanisms by which CLDN9 regulates the proliferation, invasion, and metastasis of colorectal cancer, focusing on how CLDN9 expression affects the EMT process to induce tumor metastasis, and seek inhibitory peptides to develop new targeted therapeutic drugs for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical colorectal cancer patients.

纳入标准：

1.术后病理确诊结直肠癌患者；
2.年龄≥18岁；

Inclusion criteria

1.postoperative pathologically confirmed colorectal cancer patients; 2.Age >= 18 years;

排除标准：

1.临床及病理资料缺失或不合格患者；
2.同时合并其他恶性肿瘤患者；
3.术前有放化疗及免疫治疗患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with missing or non-qualifying clinical and pathological data.
2.Patients with a history of or concurrent other malignancies.
3.Patients who had received prior radiotherapy or chemotherapy;
