研究目的：

（1）构建脑卒中患者与照顾者二元自我护理分类干预方案。 （2）评价脑卒中患者与照顾者二元自我护理分类干预方案对改善脑卒中患者与照顾者二元自我护理行为、二者生活质量和照顾者负担的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Construct a binary self-care classification intervention program for stroke patients and their caregivers. (2) To evaluate the effect of the binary self-care classification intervention program for stroke patients and their caregivers on improving the binary self-care behavior of stroke patients and their caregivers, their quality of life and the burden of caregivers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）脑卒中患者纳入标准：1）符合《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点2019》[80]脑卒中诊断标准，经颅脑CT或MRI确诊为脑卒中；2）年龄≥18岁；3）病情稳定，具有一定自理能力（改良版Barthel指数量表得分>60分[81]）；4）认知正常（MMSE得分≥17分[82]），无明显沟通障碍（Token测试量表得分≥17分[83]）；5）知情同意，自愿参与本研究；6）能够使用智能手机微信软件。 （2）脑卒中患者照顾者纳入标准：1）承担脑卒中患者主要照顾任务的非正式照顾者（如患者的配偶、子女等）；2）年龄≥18岁；3）认知功能正常（MMSE得分≥17分），能正确清晰地回答问题（Token测试量表得分≥17分）；4）承担患者主要照护责任，每日照顾患者时间≥4小时；5）知情同意，自愿参与；6）能够使用智能手机微信软件。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria of stroke patients: 1. patients met the diagnostic criteria of stroke in "The Diagnostic points of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019" [80], and stroke was diagnosed by brain CT or MRI; 2. age >=18 years old; 3.stable condition with certain self-care ability (modified Barthel index score >60 points [81]); 4. normal cognition (MMSE score >=17 points [82]), no obvious communication disorder (Token test scale score >=17 points [83]); 5.Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study; 6. Able to use wechat software on smart phones. Inclusion criteria of caregivers of stroke patients: 1. Informal caregivers (such as spouses, children, etc.) who undertake the main care tasks of stroke patients;2. age >=18 years old; 3. normal cognitive function (MMSE score >=17 points) and able to answer questions correctly and clearly (Token test scale score >=17 points); 4. bear the main care responsibility for patients, and take care of patients for more than 4 hours per day; 5. informed consent and voluntary participation; ⑥ Able to use wechat software on smart phones.

排除标准：

（1）患者排除标准：1）伴有其他危重疾病者，如恶性肿瘤、心功能衰竭、肾功能衰竭、呼吸功能衰竭、严重外伤等其他危重病症者；2）正在参与其他研究者。 （2）照顾者排除标准：因个人原因不能配合调查。

Exclusion criteria：

Patinets' exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other critical diseases, such as malignant tumors, heart failure, renal failure, respiratory failure, severe trauma and other critical diseases; 2. Participating in other investigators. Caregivers' exclusion criteria: unable to cooperate with the survey due to personal reasons.
