研究目的：

本研究旨在研究复合低剂量艾司氯胺酮时瑞马唑仑在宫腔镜手术应用中的半数有效量和有效剂量，为宫腔镜手术的精准麻醉用药提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the median effective dose and effective dose of remimazolam combined with low-dose esketamine in hysteroscopic surgery, so as to provide evidence for precise anesthetic medication in hysteroscopic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.计划接受需要静脉麻醉的宫腔镜检查患者； 2.ASA分级I-II级； 3.年龄18-65岁； 4.体重指数（BMI）18- 30 kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients scheduled to undergo hysteroscopy requiring intravenous anesthesia; 2. ASAI–II; 3.Aged 18–65 years; 4. Body mass index (BMI) of 18–30 kg/m2;

排除标准：

1.心肺疾病； 2.酒精滥用； 3.肝和肾功能障碍； 4.阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）； 5.长期使用镇静剂，阿片类药物，抗抑郁药； 6.麻醉药物过敏； 7.宫颈扩张困难，其被定义为宫颈扩张持续时间>5分钟。 8.手术时间大于30min。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cardiopulmonary diseases; 2. Alcohol abuse; 3.Hepatic and renal dysfunction; 4.Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS); 5. Long-term use of sedatives, opioids, and antidepressants; 6.Allergy to anesthetic drugs; 7. Difficult cervical dilation, defined as cervical dilation duration > 5 minutes; 8.Surgical duration > 30 minutes;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1、采用纸质病例报告表（CRF） 进行现场数据记录 2、CRF 表、知情同意书、监查报告等纸质文件存放于带锁文件柜，由专人保管； 3、电子数据：数据库文件加密存储于研究专用服务器，设置访问权限，每周进行本地 + 云端双重备份。
