研究目的：

明确对于前次胚胎种植失败的不孕患者的解冻单囊胚移植中，采用富含透明质酸移植液（胚胎胶）是否可以获得比常规移植液（G2）更高的活产率。  

Objectives of Study：

Clarify whether the use of hyaluronic acid enriched transfer media (embryo glue) can achieve higher live birth rates than conventional transfer fluid (G2) in thawed single blastocyst transfer for infertile patients with previous failed embryo implantation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄20-34 岁； 2)至少 1 次囊胚移植种植失败； 3)采用自然周期、改良自然周期、激素替代周期或降调节激素替代周期进行内膜准备； 4)本周期选择移植 1 枚囊胚（D5-D6）。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age range: 20-34 years old; 2) At least one failed blastocyst transfer implantation; 3) Using natural cycles, modified natural cycles, hormone replacement cycles, or downregulated hormone replacement cycles for endometrial preparation; 4) One blastocyst (D5-D6) was selected for transplantation in this cycle.

排除标准：

1)有辅助生育技术禁忌症或妊娠禁忌症的患者； 2)新鲜周期为 PGT 周期或夫妻一方染色体异常患者； 3)供精或供卵周期； 4)混合周期及序贯移植周期； 5)有酗酒、嗜烟、药物滥用习惯的人； 6)参加其他临床研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with contraindications to assisted reproductive technology or pregnancy; 2) Fresh cycle refers to patients with PGT cycle or chromosomal abnormalities in one spouse; 3) Sperm or egg supply cycle; 4) Mixed cycle and sequential transplant cycle; 5) People who have habits of excessive drinking, smoking, and drug abuse; 6) Patients participating in other clinical studies.
