研究目的：

本研究旨在评价二氧化氯含漱液对牙龈炎症的临床效果，同时初步探索二氧化氯含漱液在抗菌作用，为其在牙龈炎及牙周相关疾病预防与治疗中的应用提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the clinical effect of chlorine dioxide mouthwash on gingivitis, and at the same time, preliminarily explore the antibacterial effect of chlorine dioxide mouthwash, providing a scientific basis for its application in the prevention and treatment of gingivitis and periodontal related diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.全身健康状况良好，有18颗以上能进行临床检查的牙齿； 2.年龄大于等于18周岁； 3.PI＞＝1.5且GI＞＝1； 4.没有同时参加相同类型的临床试验； 5.对试验内容及流程知情同意，能够配合试验流程。

Inclusion criteria

1. Good overall health condition, with more than 18 teeth available for clinical examination; 2.Be at least 18 years old; 3.PI>=1.5 and GI>=1; 4.Not participating in the same type of clinical trials simultaneously; (5) Be informed and give consent to the test content and process, and be able to cooperate with the test process.

排除标准：

1.对试验所使用的含漱液成分有过敏史； 2.在参加研究之前2周内曾使用抗生素； 3.开放性龋病达到龈下者； 4.处于妊娠期或哺乳期、以及在试验期间有备孕计划的女性； 5.口腔内有正畸矫治器、种植体、佩戴局部活动义齿或正畸保持器； 6.有全身系统性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.There is a history of allergy to the ingredients of the mouthwash used in the experiment; 2.Having used antibiotics within two weeks prior to participating in the study; 3.Open caries reaching subgingival; 4.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or who have plans to conceive during the trial period; 5.There are orthodontic appliances, implants, partial removable dentures or orthodontic retainers in the oral cavity; 6.Have systemic diseases throughout the body.
