分析影响患者心理弹性的影响因素，以便于临床上针对这些影响因素进行干预，有助于提高妊娠期糖尿病患者的心理弹性，帮助她们更好地应对疾病带来的压力，增强自我调适能力，促进身心健康，保障母婴安全。  

Objectives of Study：

Analysis of Factors Influencing Psychological Resilience in Patients to Guide Clinical Interventions By targeting these factors in clinical practice, we can enhance the psychological resilience of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), help them better cope with disease-related stress, strengthen their self-adjustment abilities, promote physical and mental well-being, and ensure the safety of both mother and infant.

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=22岁。 2.临床资料完整； 3.孕产妇与家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 22 years. 2. Complete clinical documentation. 3. Maternal and family members have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.孕前糖尿病。 2.严重肝肾功能不全。 3.恶性肿瘤。 4.病情危重或合并其他严重疾病； 5.患有精神类疾病，存在智力及认知障碍；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pre-existing diabetes. 2. Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency. 3. Malignant tumours. 4. Critical condition or concomitant severe comorbidities; 5. Psychiatric disorders with intellectual or cognitive impairment;

Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表中文版，共25个条目，采用5级评分。总分范围0-100分，分数越高表示心理弹性水平越高。 测量方法： 1、在安静、私密的环境下，由经过统一培训的研究人员向受试者说明填写目的和注意事项。 2、受试者独立填写问卷，如有阅读困难，由研究人员逐条中性朗读，不加任何引导。 3、 当场回收并检查完整性。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1、病例报告表：根据研究方案专门设计，包含所有需收集的数据项（基线资料、观察指标、结局指标、不良事件等）。CRF设计遵循清晰、无歧义原则，尽量采用结构化字段（如单选、多选、数字），减少文本录入。 2、电子数据采集系统：若使用EDC系统，所有数据将通过安全的在线平台直接录入。系统将设置必填项、逻辑核查和范围检查，从源头减少错误。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1.Case Report Form (CRF): Specifically designed according to the research protocol and includes all the data items that need to be collected (baseline information, observation metrics, outcome metrics, adverse events, etc.). The CRF design adheres to the principles of clarity and non-ambiguity, and strives to utilize structured fields (such as single-select, multi-select, numerical inputs) to minimize text entry.2.Electronic Data Capture System: If an EDC system is used, all data will be entered directly through a secure online platform. The system will include mandatory fields, logical checks, and range validation to minimize errors at the source.
