研究目的：

本研究以构建旅程地图为基础，纵向追踪ALS患者疾病进展恐惧轨迹，最终结合两者结果提出针对性照护对策。旨在通过旅程地图清晰展现患者疾病全周期的关键节点与体验，精准捕捉恐惧情绪的动态变化轨迹，为优化ALS患者照护服务提供科学且贴合实际的依据，提升患者生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the constructed patient journey mapping, this study longitudinally tracked the trajectory of fear of disease progression in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Ultimately, targeted care strategies were proposed by integrating the findings from both the journey mapping and longitudinal tracking. The study aims to clearly illustrate the key nodes and experiences throughout the entire disease course of patients via journey mapping, accurately capture the dynamic change trajectory of fear, provide a scientific and practical evidence base for optimizing ALS care services, and improve the quality of life of patients.

纳入标准：

1.符合《中国肌萎缩侧索硬化症诊断和治疗指南》诊断标准； 2.意识清楚； 3.无认知障碍； 4.无听理解障碍； 5.愿意参与本项研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis"; 2. Conscious; 3. No cognitive impairment; 4. No hearing comprehension impairment; 5. Willing to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.有严重躯体疾病，如恶性肿瘤，肝、肾功能受损等； 2.正在参加其他干预性课题研究者； 3.精神性疾病； 4.有认知功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Having severe physical illnesses, such as malignant tumors or impaired liver or kidney function; 2. Currently participating in other interventional research studies; 3. Mental illness; 4. Cognitive impairment.
