研究目的：

窄种植体是直径小于等于3.5mm的种植体，常用于前牙区近远中距离较窄的缺牙区间隙。目前已有研究证明窄种植体的存留率与常规直径种植体无明显差异。它们能避免额外的骨增量手术，从而减少患者的治疗时间、治疗花销以及可能产生的并发症。已有研究对前牙区的窄植体进行了随访观察了其成功率和其他结局指标，但目前仍缺乏长期的数据综合探索窄种植体在前牙区尤其是上颌中切牙和尖牙位点种植修复的疗效。本研究拟通过长期（＞10年）的回顾性研究来全面探索前牙区窄种植体种植修复的治疗效果，总结可参考的循证医学证据，为窄种植体在前牙区的应用提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Narrow implants are implants with a reduced diameter and are commonly used in the anterior region for narrow gaps in the proximal and distal distances. It has been demonstrated that the survival rate of narrow implants is not significantly different from that of standard diameter implants. They can avoid additional bone augmentation procedures, thus reducing patient treatment time, treatment costs and possible complications. Narrow implants in the anterior region have been followed up to observe their success rate and other outcome indicators, but there is still a lack of long-term data to comprehensively explore the clinical outcome of narrow implants for implant restorations in the anterior region, especially in maxillary mesial incisors and cuspal sites. This study aims to comprehensively explore the therapeutic efficacy of narrow implant implant restorations in the anterior region through a long-term (>10 years) retrospective study, and to summarise the evidence-based medical evidence that can be referred to for the application of narrow implants in the anterior region.

纳入标准：

拟纳入1995年6月至2014年6月于武汉大学口腔医院种植科接受前牙区窄种植体（直径≤3.5mm）一期手术的成年患者。

Inclusion criteria

Adult patients who received narrow-diameter implant (diameter less than or equal to 3.5mm) insertion first-stage surgery at School and Hospital of Stomatology, Wuhan University from June 1995 to June 2014.

排除标准：

1.术中植入失败； 2.完全无牙颌； 3.基本信息不全； 4.患有影响正常骨愈合全身性疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Insertion failure during implant surgery; 2. Completely edentulous patients; 3. Incomplete information; 4. Patients with systemic diseases that interfere with bone healing;
