研究目的：

本研究旨在开发一个简洁、高效且临床友好的辅助诊断模型，以帮助一线医生在急诊环境下更迅速、更准确地辅助诊断AAS，从而在关键治疗时间窗内实施合理干预。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop a concise, efficient, and clinically user-friendly decision-support model to assist frontline physicians in rapidly and accurately diagnosing AAS in the emergency setting, thereby enabling timely and appropriate interventions within the critical therapeutic time window.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 >= 18 岁； 2. 因突发性胸痛、腹痛、背痛、晕厥或低灌注症状为主诉入院； 3. 符合急性主动脉综合征（AAS）的国际诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Admitted with chief complaints of sudden chest pain, abdominal pain, back pain, syncope, or signs of hypoperfusion; 3. Meet the international diagnostic criteria for acute aortic syndrome (AAS).

排除标准：

未完善诊断性检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who did not complete the required diagnostic workup.

Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for acute aortic syndromes (AAS) as defined in the 2024 ESC Guidelines for the management of peripheral arterial and aortic diseases.

Patients with acute aortic syndrome presenting with acute-onset chest pain, abdominal pain, back pain, syncope, and/or signs or symptoms suggestive of hypoperfusion.
