研究目的：

通过随机对照试验，评价基于自我效能的居家身体活动方案是否能够有效降低老年冠心病PCI术后患者主要心脑血管的发生率，并促进身体活动水平和达标率，提高身体活动自我效能感、知识和社会支持水平；降低患者的焦虑、抑郁和不适症状的发生率；提高生活质量，提高身体活动的依从性，降低老年患者衰弱的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

Through randomized controlled trials, evaluate whether a home-based physical activity program based on self-efficacy can effectively reduce the incidence of major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI, and promote the level and compliance of physical activity, as well as enhance self-efficacy, knowledge and social support for physical activity; reduce the incidence of anxiety, depression and discomfort symptoms in patients; improve the quality of life, increase the compliance of physical activity, and reduce the incidence of frailty in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄为60 岁及以上; 2.被诊断为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病，并接受 PCI治疗后1周以上; 3.心功能I至Ш级; 4.符合冠心病患者运动危险分级的低危标准; 5.生命体征平稳; 6.自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 60 years or above; 2. Diagnosed with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and more than one week after PCI treatment; 3.Cardiac function grade I to III; 4. Meeting the low-risk criteria for exercise risk stratification in patients with coronary heart disease; 5.Stable vital signs; 6.Voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.有运动康复禁忌症(包括患有严重心律失常、不稳定型心绞痛、无法控制的高血压或低血压、严重心瓣膜疾病、严重的心力衰竭等); 2.同期进行其他心脏手术，如主动脉手术、心脏瓣膜术; 3.存在影响身体活动的相关疾病(如外周动脉疾病、肌肉骨骼损伤、骨科疾病等); 4.有意识障碍、精神性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are contraindications for sports rehabilitation (including severe arrhythmia, unstable angina pectoris, uncontrollable hypertension or hypotension, severe valvular heart disease, severe heart failure, etc.); 2. Other heart surgeries are being performed simultaneously, such as aortic surgery, heart valve surgery; 3. There are related diseases that affect physical activity (such as peripheral artery disease, musculoskeletal injuries, orthopedic diseases, etc.); 4. There are consciousness disorders or mental disorders.
