研究目的：

主要目的：采用随机、双盲、假刺激对照设计，在维持ADHD患儿原有治疗方案不变的前提下，评估tACS作为非侵入性手段的可行性、安全性及其对ADHD核心症状（通过ADHD-RS评分评估）的改善效果。 次要目的：评估tACS干预对患儿执行功能及注意控制相关行为表现的影响，并比较低年龄组（6-<12岁）与高年龄组（12-<18岁）对特定频段刺激的响应差异。 探索性目的：通过脑磁图（MEG）测量干预前后皮层功能连接强度的变化，探索神经振荡特征改变与行为改善的相关性，为后续脑机接口及神经反馈调控研究提供指标。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the feasibility and safety of tACS as a non-invasive method and its effectiveness in improving the core symptoms of ADHD as assessed by ADHD-RS score. Secondary objectives: To evaluate the effect of tACS intervention on executive function and behavior related to attention control, and to compare the response to specific frequency band stimulation between the younger (6-<12 years old) and older (12-<18 years old) age groups. Exploratory objectives: To explore the correlation between changes in neural oscillation characteristics and behavioral improvement by measuring the changes in cortical functional connectivity strength by magnetoencephalography (MEG) before and after intervention, and to provide indicators for subsequent research on brain-computer interface and neurofeedback regulation.

纳入标准：

符合以下全部条件者可纳入本研究： 1.年龄6-18岁儿童或青少年； 2.符合DSM-V的ADHD诊断标准； 3.韦氏儿童智力测试（WISC-CR）IQ≥80； 4.在研究期间保持原有治疗方案稳定； 5.右利手 6.患儿家长或监护人知情同意

Inclusion criteria

People who met all the following criteria were eligible for inclusion in the study: 1.Children or adolescents aged 6-18 years 2.Meeting the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for ADHD 3.Wechsler Intelligence Test for Children (WISC-CR) IQ≥80 4.The original treatment regimen was maintained stable during the study 5.Being right-handed 6.Informed consent of parents or guardians of children

排除标准：

符合以下任一条件者将被排除： 1.合并其他严重神经系统疾病（如癫痫、严重脑外伤史等）； 2.合并重度精神障碍（如精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、自闭症谱系障碍等）； 3.当前有自杀想法或计划； 4.既往或当前存在金属植入物、电子植入装置（如人工耳蜗、心脏起搏器等）； 5.头皮存在严重皮肤疾病或刺激电极无法安全放置的情况； 6.智力障碍或严重认知损害，无法配合完成研究任务； 7.既往参加过类似脑刺激研究且未满安全洗脱期； 8.研究者认为不适合参加本研究的其他情况。 9.因任何原因不能接受tACS。

Exclusion criteria：

Anyone who meets any of the following criteria will be excluded: 1.Complicated with other severe neurological diseases (such as epilepsy, history of severe brain trauma, etc.) 2.Combined with severe mental disorders (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, etc.) 3.Current suicidal thoughts or plans 4.Previous or current presence of metal implants or electronic implantable devices (e.g., cochlear implants, pacemakers, etc.) 5.Severe skin diseases or stimulation electrodes cannot be safely placed on the scalp 6.Intellectual disability or severe cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate to complete the research task 7.Previous participation in similar brain stimulation studies without a safe washout period 8.Any other circumstances that the investigator considers inappropriate for the study. 9.Unable to accept tACS for any reason.
