研究目的：

1.使用宏基因组高通量测序技术全面表征VAP患者口腔微生物组（细菌及真菌）及相互作用，及揭示口腔微生物组（细菌及真菌）与VAP患者的预后关联性。 2.揭示口腔微生物与宿主的互作机制。 3.揭示口腔微生物组与炎症反应的关联性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Use metagenomic high-throughput sequencing technology to comprehensively characterize the oral microbiome (bacteria and fungi) and their interactions in VAP patients, and to reveal the association between the oral microbiome (bacteria and fungi) and the prognosis of VAP patients. 2. Uncover the interaction mechanisms between the oral microbiota and the host. 3. Reveal the correlation between the oral microbiome and inflammatory responses.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经 CT 检查及手术确诊为急性脑出血急诊行开颅血肿清除术后收入 ICU 的患者 2.年龄 40-70 岁之间 3.收入 ICU 及有创机械通气时间不超过 24 小时 4.不满足呼吸机相关性肺炎

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients admitted to the ICU after emergency craniotomy for hematoma evacuation, with acute cerebral hemorrhage confirmed by CT and surgery.
2.Postoperative continuous invasive mechanical ventilation duration exceeding 48 hours.
3.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP).
4.Artificial airway established via orotracheal intubation.

排除标准：

1.合并慢性牙周病、慢性口腔溃疡等慢性口腔感染性疾病 2.发病前坚持使用口腔护理液或消毒液超过半年 3.近 3 个月内发生过口腔急性化脓性感染 4.1 个月内使用过抗生素或微生态制剂。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Concurrent chronic oral infectious diseases such as chronic periodontitis or chronic oral ulcers. 2. Persistent use of oral care solutions or disinfectants for over six months prior to onset. 3. History of acute suppurative oral infection within the preceding three months. 4. Use of antibiotics or probiotics within the last month.
