通过随机双盲平行对照临床研究,探索干预前后特定神经网络环路的变化,探究经颅交流电刺激激在治疗全面发育迟缓儿童中的有效性及跨频段作用机制,为经颅交流电刺激的临床转化提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study:

Through randomized double-blind parallel-group clinical trials, this study investigates changes in specific neural network circuits before and after intervention. It explores the efficacy and cross-frequency mechanisms of transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) in treating children with global developmental delay, providing theoretical foundations for the clinical translation of tACS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

① 年龄:24个月-60个月; ② 符合DSM-5中全面发育迟缓的诊断标准; ③ GDS发育量表评估:两个或两个以上能区低于75分,其中必须包含适应性能区; ④ 家长或监护人同意参与研究,完善治疗前各项检查,并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1 Age: 24 to 60 months; 2 Meets DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for global developmental delay; 3 GDS assessment: Scores below 75 in two or more domains, including the adaptive skills domain; 4 Parent or guardian consents to study participation, completes pre-treatment evaluations, and signs informed consent form.

排除标准:

① 有脑瘫、脊髓损伤等肢体运动障碍性疾病者; ② 有严重听力、视力障碍或其他影响评估疾病的患者; ③ 合并癫痫或其他严重神经系统疾病者; ④ 有明确的发育迟缓病因,如出生后患脑炎、脑外伤、脑出血等或明确诊断有遗传代谢性疾病、神经变性行疾病的患者; ⑤ 有心脏起搏器或其他电子植入物; ⑥ 有金属植入物或颅内金属碎片; ⑦ 近期内接受过其他脑刺激治疗; ⑧ 对电刺激治疗过敏或有禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria:

1 Individuals with motor disorders such as cerebral palsy or spinal cord injury; 2 Patients with severe hearing or visual impairments, or other conditions affecting assessment; 3 Those with epilepsy or other severe neurological disorders; 4 Patients with identifiable causes of developmental delay, such as postnatal encephalitis, traumatic brain injury, cerebral hemorrhage, or confirmed diagnoses of genetic metabolic disorders or neurodegenerative diseases; 5 Patients with cardiac pacemakers or other electronic implants; 6 Patients with metallic implants or intracranial metal fragments; 7 Patients who have recently undergone other brain stimulation therapies; 8 Patients with allergies or contraindications to electrical stimulation therapy.
