本研究拟基于已构建完成的“iNATURE智能化体重管理平台”,开展超重与肥胖儿童健康干预研究,系统评估该平台在真实场景下的应用效果及可行性。通过在“医院—社区—家庭”三方协作模式下实施分阶段干预,验证数字化体重管理对儿童体重、体质指数(BMI)及健康行为改善的有效性;进一步分析不同家庭特征与平台使用依从性、干预成效之间的关系,探索可推广的儿童肥胖综合管理路径,为建立适合中国儿童的多方联动健康干预体系提供循证依据。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to conduct a health intervention research for overweight and obese children based on the established "iNATURE Intelligent Weight Management Platform." It will systematically evaluate the platform’s application effectiveness and feasibility in real-world settings. Through implementing a phased intervention under the "hospital-community-family" tripartite collaboration model, the study will validate the effectiveness of digital weight management in improving children’s weight, body mass index (BMI), and health behaviors. Furthermore, it will analyze the relationship between different family characteristics and platform usage adherence and intervention outcomes, explore scalable comprehensive management pathways for childhood obesity, and provide an evidence-based foundation for establishing a multi-party collaborative health intervention system suitable for Chinese children. |

Children who met the BMI classification criteria of Working Group on Obesity in China for Children and Adolescents, and whose BMI values were within the overweight or obesity range defined by age and sex; Children aged 6-12 years; The main guardians of the children used smart phones daily and could operate wechat skillfully |

排除标准: |
伴有甲状腺功能异常、库欣综合征、糖尿病等内分泌代谢性疾病;存在认知障碍、精神行为异常或语言沟通障碍;近期使用可能显著影响体重或能量代谢的药物,包括但不限于:糖皮质激素、抗精神病药物(如奥氮平、利培酮)、胰岛素、胰岛素增敏剂(如二甲双胍)及某些抗癫痫药等;近期或计划在研究期间参加其他任何形式的体重管理项目、临床药物试验或接受减重手术治疗。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
Accompanied by thyroid dysfunction, Cushing syndrome, diabetes and other endocrine and metabolic diseases; Patients with cognitive impairment, mental and behavioral abnormalities or language communication disorders; Recent use of medications that may significantly affect body weight or energy metabolism, including but not limited to glucocorticoids, antipsychotic drugs (e.g., olanzapine, risperidone), insulin, insulin-sensitizing agents (e.g., metformin), and certain antiepileptic drugs; Recent or planned participation in any other weight-management program, clinical drug trials, or bariatric surgery during the study period. |

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method): |
The randomization method of this study protocol is applied in its second phase (the formal randomized controlled trial). Specifically, it adopts a parallel-group, randomized controlled trial (RCT) design, where participants are randomly allocated in a 1:1 ratio to either the intervention group (using the iNATURE platform for personalized digital intervention) or the control group (receiving conventional health education). The randomization sequence is generated by an independent personnel using a computer and implemented by the iNATURE platform. |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
Research data were automatically collected and encrypted via the iNATURE platform. All questionnaires and electronic data will be stored on encrypted servers at the School of Nursing, Nanjing Medical University, and will be accessible exclusively to research team members. The research materials will be uniformly destroyed after a retention period of five years. Furthermore, if participants withdraw from the study midway, their data will be excluded from analysis. Upon publication of the research outcomes, only aggregated analytical results will be presented, without disclosing any personally identifiable information. |
