研究目的：

（1）探索环境内分泌干扰物如BUVAs的人体内代谢转化规律，获得能够表征BUVAs人体内暴露的生物标志物，进而解析我国典型地区人群BUVAs内暴露轮廓。 （2）基于病例对照研究了解北京地区青春期女性BUVAs暴露与性早熟发生的关联性，探索BUVAs暴露对儿童性早熟发病率升高的可能影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the metabolic transformation patterns of environmental endocrine disruptors (EDCs) such as BUVAs in the human body, obtain biomarkers that can characterize BUVAs exposure in the human body, and then analyze the BUVAs exposure profile of the population in typical regions of my country. (2) Based on a case-control study, to understand the association between BUVAs exposure and precocious puberty in adolescent girls in Beijing, and to explore the possible impact of BUVAs exposure on the increased incidence of precocious puberty in children.

纳入标准：

?1) 符合国家卫生部办公厅关于印发《性早熟诊疗指南（试行）》【卫办医政发〔2010〕195号】诊断标准的患儿。 2) 患儿家属知情并签字同意。

Inclusion criteria

1) Children who meet the diagnostic criteria for the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Precocious Puberty (Trial)" issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Health [Weiban Yizhengfa [2010] No. 195]. 2) The family of the child must be informed and sign consent.

排除标准：

由长期使用激素治疗、误服避孕药、中枢神经系统、内分泌系统和生殖系统等器质性病变所引起的性早熟。

Exclusion criteria：

Precocious puberty is caused by long-term use of hormone therapy, accidental ingestion of contraceptives, organic diseases of the central nervous system, endocrine system and reproductive system.
