研究目的：

1.构建在全膝关节置换患者中实施的基于患者导航的运动预康复方案。 2.探讨基于患者导航的运动预康复方案对全膝关节置换患者术前功能锻炼依从性及康复效果的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Construct a patient-navigation-based exercise prerehabilitation program for total knee arthroplasty patients. 2. To explore the effect of exercise pre-rehabilitation program based on patient navigation on the compliance and rehabilitation effect of preoperative functional exercise in patients with total knee arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.确诊为膝关节骨关节炎，初次行单侧全膝关节置换手术患者； 2.患者年龄介于45~90岁； 3.经主诊医生评定，身体基本情况能够耐受运动预康复者，且沟通良好，能够配合完成各项检查及评定； 4.经评估患者或照顾者会使用智能手机进行信息接收；

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient was diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis and underwent unilateral total knee arthroplasty for the first time; 2. The age of the patients ranged from 45 to 90 years; 3. According to the assessment of attending doctor, those with basic physical condition can tolerate exercise and communicate well, and can cooperate with each examination and assessment; 4. Assessed patients or caregivers use smartphones to receive information;

排除标准：

1.意识不清、认知障碍等不能配合者； 2.合并其他严重疾病，如肝硬化、呼吸衰竭、肾衰竭、恶性肿瘤、外伤等； 3.患有典型神经肌肉性疾病病史或其他关节疾病，经主诊医生判定影响关节功能者； 4.入院日距手术日＞7天，或者＜3天； 5.近四周内正在进行系统化下肢功能锻炼者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unconsciousness, cognitive impairment, etc; 2. Combined with other serious diseases, such as liver cirrhosis, respiratory failure, renal failure, malignant tumors, trauma, etc; 3. Patients with a history of typical neuromuscular disease or other joint disease that is judged by the attending physician to affect joint function; 4. The day of admission is > 7 days or < 3 days from the day of surgery; 5. Those who are doing systematic exercise of lower limb function in the past four weeks;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究以纸质版病例记录表的方式收集研究相关数据及受试者资料。这些数据和资料将由主要研究者（张红）保存在专设的、单独的、可上锁的文件柜中，钥匙由主要研究者保管，主要研究者会按照法律的要求为患者的信息保密。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Paper case records will be used to collect study-related data and participants' information. The data and materials will be kept by the principal investigator (Hong Zhang) in a dedicated, separate, lockable filing cabinet, with the key in the custody of the principal investigator, the principal investigator will keep patient information confidential as required by law.
