探索结合怀旧疗法的 AI 生命相册对轻度认知障碍（MCI）老年人的可用性及初步效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploration of the Usability and Preliminary Effects of an AI Life Album Combined with Reminiscence Therapy in Older Adults with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄≥65岁； (2) 轻度认知障碍患者即符合轻度认知损害的神经心理评估专家共识（2025版）的诊断标准： a.MoCA-BC评分低于教育程度对应分界值(初中≤19；高中≤22；大学≤24。 b.基本日常生活能力保持正常。 c.不符合痴呆诊断标准； (3) 能够理解并签署知情同意书，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age >= 65 years. (2) Diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment according to the Expert Consensus on Neuropsychological Assessment for Mild Cognitive Impairment (2025), including MoCA-BC score below education-adjusted cutoffs (<=19 for junior high school or below; <=22 for senior high; <=24 for college), preserved basic activities of daily living, and not meeting dementia criteria. (3) Ability to understand study procedures and provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

(1) 无法配合认知功能的检查，如视力、听力、语言沟通严重障碍者； (2) 存在其他严重的生理疾病者； (3) 中途退出研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Inability to complete cognitive assessments due to severe visual, hearing, or language impairments. (2) Presence of other severe physical illnesses that may interfere with participation. (3) Withdrawal from the study before completion.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用标准化病例记录表（Case Record Form, CRF）进行数据采集。CRF内容包括研究对象一般人口学资料、干预实施情况、量表评估结果、访谈记录及相关生理数据等。 研究数据以电子形式录入并存储，采用加密的电子表格和研究专用计算机进行数据管理，作为电子数据采集与管理系统（Electronic Data Capture, EDC）。所有电子数据仅限研究团队成员访问，设置访问权限并定期备份。 研究过程中由研究者对数据完整性和一致性进行核查，研究结束后数据将按照伦理审批要求妥善保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data will be collected using standardized Case Record Forms (CRFs), including demographic information, intervention records, questionnaire assessments, interview data, and relevant physiological measurements. All data will be entered and stored electronically using password-protected electronic files on study-dedicated computers, serving as the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system. Access to the data will be restricted to authorized research team members only, with regular data backup and quality checks conducted throughout the study.
