研究目的：

观察子午流注理论指导下的针刺联合 rTMS 对卒中后非流畅性失语患者的疗效，优化卒中后非流畅性失语症的康复治疗方案  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with rTMS under the guidance of the meridian flow theory on patients with non-fluent aphasia after stroke, and to optimize the rehabilitation treatment plan for non-fluent aphasia after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18岁及以上，性别不限； 2.右利手，以汉语为母语者； 3.影像学检查确诊脑卒中，病程2周以上者； 4.经《西方失语成套测验》(the westernaphasia battery，WAB)评估诊断为非流畅性失语症（包括完全性失语、Broca失语、经皮质混合型失语、经皮质运动型失语）； 5.自愿参与本研究，并签署书面知情同意书。 注：纳入本项研究的患者须同时符合以上 5 项，否则予以排除。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18 years and above, gender not restricted; 2. Right-handed, native Chinese speaker; 3. Diagnosed with stroke by imaging examination and with a disease course of more than 2 weeks; 4. Diagnosed with non-fluent aphasia (including global aphasia, Broca aphasia, cortical mixed aphasia, cortical motor aphasia) by the "Western Aphasia Battery" (WAB); 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign a written informed consent form. Note: Patients included in this study must meet all 5 of the above criteria simultaneously; otherwise, they will be excluded.

排除标准：

1.存在其他神经性疾病，如帕金森病、脑外伤等； 2. 存在意识、视力、听力障碍等无法完成评估者； 3. 经MMSE评估存在显著认知功能障碍； 4. 有显著的构音障碍、言语失用、精神疾病； 5. 有任何 rTMS 禁忌症（例如癫痫发作或癫痫等）。 注：凡符合上述任何一条的患者，即应予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other neurological disorders exist, such as Parkinson's disease, brain trauma, etc. 2. There are patients with impairments in consciousness, vision, or hearing that prevent the assessment from being completed. 3. The MMSE assessment indicates significant cognitive dysfunction. 4. There are severe dysarthria, aphasia, or mental disorders. 5. There are any contraindications for rTMS (such as epileptic seizures or epilepsy). Note: Any patient meeting any of the above criteria should be excluded.
