研究目的:

本研究是一项以班级为单位的整群随机对照预试验,旨在检验一项为期8 周、每周3 次的结构化体育运动课程对降低小学生抑郁情绪的有效性及其作用机制。研 究对象为某小学三、四年级学生,通过随机抽样将符合标准的班级分别纳入干预组与对照组。干预组接受基于游戏化设计的混合有氧运动课程,内容包括耐力跑、循环训练和团队挑战等,目标心率为130-150 次/分;对照组则维持常规体育教学活动。研究采用儿童长处与困难问卷(SDQ)家长版评估抑郁情绪为主要结果变量,同时测量睡眠质量(PSQI)、自我效能感(SEQ-C)、反刍思维、情绪调节(ERQ)、自我控制及屏幕使用时间等次要变量与中介变量。数据收集于基线、干预结束后一周及干预后12 周随访三个时间点,采用多层线性模型(HLM)进行意向性分析,并运用中介模型检验心理机制路径。  

Objectives of Study:

This study is a cluster randomized controlled pre-trial conducted by class units, aiming to test an 8-week study. The effectiveness and mechanism of structured physical education courses three times a week in reducing depressive moods among primary school students. The research subjects were the third and fourth grade students of a certain primary school. Through random sampling, the classes that met the criteria were respectively included in the intervention group With the control group. The intervention group received a mixed aerobic exercise course based on gamification design, which included endurance running and jogging For ring training and team challenges, etc., the target heart rate is 130 to 150 beats per minute. The control group maintained regular physical education teaching activities. The study used the Parent version of the Children's Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) to assess depressive mood as the main outcome variable, and at the same time Measurement of sleep quality (PSQI), self-efficacy (SEQ-C), rumination thinking, and emotion regulation (ERQ). Secondary variables and mediating variables such as self-control and screen usage time. Data were collected at baseline and one day after the intervention ended At three follow-up time points: one week and 12 weeks after the intervention, a multilevel linear model (HLM) was used for intentionality analysis, and a mediating model was employed to test the psychological mechanism pathway.

1. 有ADHD、发育迟缓、ASD 等精神病症状; 2. 正在接受本项目外的其他干预方法; 3. BMI 超重等要排除。

为期8周,每周3次、每次45分钟,共24次课的结构化体育运动课程。整合耐力与混合有氧运动,采用游戏化、小组化、积分化教学形式;运动强度目标为心率维持在130–150次/分;使用跳绳、软球、呼啦圈、阻力带、小栏架、标志桶等常见学校器材,在操场或体育馆实施;由1名体育教师和1名研究助理共同带领;课程分为四个阶段:适应+兴趣建立(第1–2周)、强度提升(第3–4周)、高峰挑战(第5–6周)、巩固展示(第7–8周),每节课录像以监控实施质量。

An 8-week structured physical activity program, held 3 times per week for 45 minutes per session, totaling 24 sessions. Integrates endurance and mixed aerobic exercise, delivered through gamified, group-based, and point-system teaching methods; exercise intensity targets heart rate maintenance at 130–150 bpm; utilizes common school equipment such as jump ropes, soft balls, hula hoops, resistance bands, low hurdles, and cones; conducted on playgrounds or gymnasiums; led jointly by one physical education teacher and one research assistant. The program is divided into four phases: Adaptation + Interest Building (Weeks 1–2), Intensity Increase (Weeks 3–4), Peak Challenge (Weeks 5–6), and Consolidation & Demonstration (Weeks 7–8). All sessions are video-recorded to monitor implementation quality.
