研究目的：

1. 明确ZBED5-AS1在转移和非转移的肺腺癌组织中的表达情况，以及初步探讨其临床意义； 2. 观测ZBED5-AS1在外周血的表达水平，并对其临床参数进行统计学分析，从而评价ZBED5-AS1诊断肺腺癌转移的临床应用价值； 3. 明确ZBED5-AS1可以通过靶向miR-524-5p/GPI轴调控肺腺癌转移的分子机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the expression levels of ZBED5-AS1 in metastatic and non-metastatic lung adenocarcinoma tissues and to preliminarily explore its clinical significance; 2. To measure the expression levels of ZBED5-AS1 in peripheral blood and conduct statistical analysis of its clinical parameters, thereby evaluating the clinical application value of ZBED5-AS1 in diagnosing metastasis in lung adenocarcinoma; 3. To elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which ZBED5-AS1 regulates lung adenocarcinoma metastasis by targeting the miR-524-5p/GPI axis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 肺腺癌患者纳入标准: (1) 经病理及影像学确诊为原发性肺腺癌； (2) 为初次诊断，患者未接受过任何化疗或者手术治疗。 2. 健康者纳入标准: 身体生理指标正常。

Inclusion criteria

1. Inclusion criteria for patients with lung adenocarcinoma: (1) Confirmed as primary lung adenocarcinoma by pathology and imaging; (2) First-time diagnosis, with the patient having not undergone any chemotherapy or surgical treatment. 2. Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects: Normal physiological indicators.

排除标准：

1. 肺腺癌患者排除标准: (1) 合并严重心肝肾功能不全； (2) 合并严重自身免疫性疾病； (3) 合并其他恶性肿瘤病史。 2. 健康者排除标准: (1) 肺腺癌及其他恶性肿瘤病史； (2) 严重心肝肾功能不全等重大疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclusion criteria for lung adenocarcinoma patients: (1) Severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, or kidneys; (2) Severe autoimmune diseases; (3) History of other malignant tumors. 2. Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects: (1) History of lung adenocarcinoma or other malignancies; (2) Severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, or kidneys, or other major diseases.
