研究目的：

本研究拟通过收集早期肺癌患者术后组织探讨肺癌瘤内异质性及可能驱动肺癌发生发展的关键基因，进一步推动肺癌的个体化精确治疗及分子生物学进展。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the heterogeneity of lung cancer tumors and key genes that may drive the occurrence and development of lung cancer by collecting postoperative tissues from early lung cancer patients, in order to further promote personalized and precise treatment of lung cancer and molecular biology progress.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）经手术和病理证实为非小细胞肺癌患者 （2）计划切除肺部结节 （3）初诊，未经任何肿瘤相关治疗 （4）同意签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Confirmed by surgery and pathology as a patient with non-small cell lung cancer; 2. Plan to remove pulmonary nodules; 3. Initial diagnosis, without any tumor related treatment; 4. Agree to sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）孕妇或哺乳期妇女 （2）有过骨髓移植、细胞移植的患者 （3）有其他肿瘤并发 （4）肿瘤复发患者 （5）6个月内有异体输血者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients who have undergone bone marrow transplantation or cell transplantation; 3. There are other concurrent tumors; 4. Patients with tumor recurrence; 5. Patients who have received allogeneic blood transfusions within 6 months.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1. 采集场所：新桥医院手术室及病理科。 2. 采集内容：①术后废弃癌组织及配对癌旁组织；②病理报告中的诊断、分期、分化程度等去标识化临床信息。 3. 采集方式：组织离体后30 min内由病理医师切取剩余标本，立即液氮速冻；临床数据通过医院电子病历系统导出后双人双机核对。 4. 数据保存：所有信息采用唯一编码，临床数据与实验数据分开存储于单位加密服务器，访问权限仅对授权研究人员开放。 5. 质控措施：标本入库前进行病理复核确认肿瘤含量≥20%；测序数据按FASTQ质控标准（Q30≥85%）过滤；建立Audit Trail日志，任何修改留痕。 6. 数据备份：每日自动异地备份，保留年限为文章发表后10年。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

· 1. Collection location: operating room and pathology department of Xinqiao Hospital. 2. Collection content: ① Postoperative discarded cancer tissue and paired adjacent cancer tissue; ② The diagnosis, staging, differentiation degree, and other clinical information in the pathological report are de identified. 3. Collection method: Within 30 minutes after tissue isolation, the remaining specimens shall be cut by a pathologist and immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen; Clinical data is exported through the hospital's electronic medical record system and verified by two people and two machines. 4. Data storage: All information is encoded uniquely, and clinical data and experimental data are stored separately on the unit's encrypted server. Access permissions are only open to authorized researchers. 5. Quality control measures: Pathological review shall be conducted before specimen storage to confirm that the tumor content is ≥ 20%; The sequencing data was filtered according to the FASTQ quality control standard (Q30 ≥ 85%); Establish an Audit Trail log, leaving a trace of any modifications. 6. Data backup: Daily automatic off-site backup, with a retention period of 10 years after the article is published.
