研究目的：

探讨语音自反馈对先天性聋儿童听觉植入后语调表达的影响，并构建基于语音自反馈技术的干预策略。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the effect of auditory feedback on intonation production in children with congenital deafness after hearing implantation, and to develop an intervention strategy based on auditory feedback technology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

试验组： 1.确诊为重度或极重度感音神经性聋的语前聋患儿； 2.6岁前植入CI或ABI； 3.随访时年龄>=3岁； 4.CI或ABI植入1年以上； 健听组： 1.年龄>=3岁； 2.听力与言语发育正常； 3.能用汉语普通话交流； 4.智力正常。

Inclusion criteria

Experimental group: 1. Prelingually deaf children diagnosed with severe or profound sensorineural hearing loss; 2. Implanted with CI or ABI before the age of 6; 3. Age at follow-up >= 3 years; 4. CI or ABI implantation for more than 1 year; Normal hearing group: 1. Age >= 3 years; 2. Normal hearing and speech development; 3. Able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese; 4. Normal intelligence.

排除标准：

试验组： 1.内耳畸形（仅CI植入）、曾因手术并发症进行二次植入者； 2.合并其他神经系统疾病者； 3.近期有感冒症状者； 健听组：近期有感冒症状者。

Exclusion criteria：

Experimental group: 1. Individuals with inner ear malformations (only CI implantation), or those who have undergone a second implantation due to surgical complications; 2. Individuals with other neurological disorders; 3. Individuals with recent cold symptoms. Normal hearing group: Individuals with recent cold symptoms.
