研究目的：

以家庭复原力理论为框架，构建基于家庭复原力理论的极早产儿家庭决策支持方案，并通过方案实施，帮助极早产儿家庭更好地应对决策困境，提升决策能力，改善家庭心理状态和患儿预后，降低决策后悔发生率，减轻社会和家庭负担。  

Objectives of Study：

Using the family resilience theory as a framework, construct a family decision-making support program for extremely preterm infants based on this theory. Through program implementation, help families of extremely preterm infants better cope with decision-making dilemmas, enhance decision-making capabilities, improve family psychological well-being and infant outcomes, reduce the incidence of decision regret, and alleviate social and family burdens.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①　出生孕周＜32周的极早产儿家庭；②　家庭成员认知能力正常，可交流，有完整语言表达能力；③　对本研究的目的和内容知情并自愿参与并能配合访谈；④　文化水平：初中及以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. Families of very preterm infants with gestational age <32 weeks;
2. Family members with normal cognitive ability, able to communicate, and possess complete language expression skills;
3. Informed of the purpose and content of this study, voluntarily participate, and can cooperate with interviews;
4. Education level: junior high school or above.

排除标准：

①　家庭成员存在认知功能障碍、精神疾病或沟通障碍，无法进行有效语言交流；②　不愿参与本研究或无法配合完成访谈流程。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Family members have cognitive dysfunction, mental illness, or communication disorders and cannot engage in effective verbal communication;
2. Unwilling to participate in this study or unable to cooperate to complete the interview process.
