研究目的：

比较超声定位下喉旁按压，经典sellick手法以及不按压三种方法在预防择期行腹腔镜下胆囊切除手术患者麻醉诱导后胃内进气的效果，评价超声引导下喉头按压是否能减少腹腔镜下胆囊切除手术患者胃内进气，避免非必要的胃内进气，减少反流误吸发生率，保证患者的麻醉安全，提升外科医生操作便利度  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of laryngeal side compression under ultrasound guidance, the classic Sellick maneuver, and no compression on preventing gastric insufflation after anesthesia induction in patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and to evaluate whether ultrasound-guided laryngeal compression can reduce gastric insufflation in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, avoid unnecessary gastric insufflation, reduce the incidence of reflux and aspiration, ensure the safety of anesthesia for patients, and improve the convenience of surgical operations for surgeons.

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75岁，性别不限； 2.择期行全身麻醉经口气管插管的腹腔镜下胆囊切除手术； 3.美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）评分Ⅰ～Ⅲ级； 4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-75 years, any gender; 2. Scheduled laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I–III; 4. Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.拒绝参加的患者 ； 2.对麻醉药物存在严重过敏的患者； 3.怀疑面罩通气和/或气管插管困难者； 4.近3个月参加其他临床试验者； 5.存在超声耦合剂过敏的患者； 6.颈部畸形外伤患者； 7.合并严重心血管系统疾病（急性心力衰竭、心肌梗死等）； 8.胃窦显示不清或者胃内有明显积气患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who refuse to participate; 2. Patients with severe allergies to anesthetic drugs; 3. Patients suspected of having difficulty with mask ventilation and/or tracheal intubation; 4. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months; 5. Patients allergic to ultrasound coupling agents; 6. Patients with neck deformities or injuries; 7. Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases (acute heart failure, myocardial infarction, etc.); 8. Patients whose gastric antrum is unclear or who have significant gas accumulation in the stomach.
