研究目的：

本课题拟开展一项随机对照的临床研究，通过改良面罩通气手法和传统面罩通气手法进行对比，旨在评估这种改良手法在侧卧位患者中实施的通气安全性和临床可行性，为侧卧位面罩通气提供可靠的技术支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to conduct a randomized controlled clinical study, comparing the modified face mask ventilation technique with traditional face mask ventilation technique, in order to evaluate the ventilation safety and clinical feasibility of this modified technique in patients in lateral position, and provide reliable technical support for lateral position face mask ventilation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.计划择期在侧卧位全麻气管插管下手术的患者; 2.年龄18-65岁; 3.美国麻醉医师协会（American society of Anesthesiologists, ASA）I-III级; 4.清楚了解实验过程并自愿参加，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who plan to undergo surgery under general anesthesia and tracheal intubation in a lateral position; 2.Age range: 18-65 years old; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-III; 4.Have a clear understanding of the experimental process and voluntarily participate, and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.已知或评估为困难气道的患者; 2.术前有明显DMV指征的患者; 3.合并严重心、肺等系统性疾病; 4.术前合并严重的高血压; 5.精神、神经疾病史; 6.不能进行有效沟通或拒绝参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with known or assessed difficult airways; 2.Patients with obvious indications of DMV before surgery; 3.Merge severe systemic diseases such as heart and lung diseases; 4. Preoperative severe hypertension; 5.History of mental or neurological disorders ; 6.inability to communicate effectively or refusal to participate in research.

麻醉诱导后，操作者站立于患者左侧卧位头部后上方，操作者右手并拢，拇指和食指置于面罩下方位置，其余三指包裹患者右侧下颌骨，轻抬下颌骨以开放气道，左手拇指与食指分开呈“C”字手法，置于面罩上方，轻轻按压面罩防止漏气。扣紧或按压呼吸面罩的力度以通气时面罩不发生漏气为宜。

Intervention：

After anesthesia induction, the operator stands on the left side of the patient's head in a supine position, with their right hand together and their thumb and index finger placed under the mask. The other three fingers wrap around the patient's right mandible and gently lift it to open the airway. The left thumb and index finger are separated in a "C" shape and placed above the mask, gently pressing the mask to prevent air leakage. It is advisable to tighten or press the breathing mask so that there is no air leakage during ventilation.
