研究目的：

本课题旨在通过纵向混合研究方法，深入理解脊柱侧凸患者及其家属，从术前到术后中长期康复过程中，其照护与康复需求以及心理社会适应水平的动态变化轨迹。研究不仅致力于揭示两者的独立发展路径，更着重探究患者与家属之间、需求与适应之间的相互作用机制，以期为构建以家庭为中心、贯穿围术期全程的精准化支持与干预体系，提供坚实的实证依据与理论指导。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to deeply understand the dynamic changes in the care and rehabilitation needs as well as the psychosocial adaptation levels of patients with scoliosis and their families from preoperative to the medium and long-term rehabilitation process after surgery through a longitudinal mixed research method. The research not only aims to reveal the independent development paths of the two, but also focuses on exploring the interaction mechanisms between patients and their families, as well as between needs and adaptation, with the expectation of providing solid empirical evidence and theoretical guidance for the construction of a family-centered, precise support and intervention system throughout the perioperative period.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者： (1) 符合脊柱侧凸诊断标准（Cobb角>=40°），需行手术治疗； (2) 年龄14~60岁； (3)意识清楚，能配合问卷填写； (4) 签署知情同意书。 2.家属： (1) 患者的主要照顾者（每周照顾时间≥3天）； (2) 年龄>=18岁； (3) 意识清楚，能配合访谈； (4) 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patient: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for scoliosis (Cobb angle >= 40°) and requires surgical treatment; (2) Aged 14–60 years; (3) Conscious and able to cooperate with questionnaire completion; (4) Signed informed consent form. 2. Family member: (1) The main caregiver of the patient (caring for the patient at least 3 days per week); (2) Aged 18 years or older; (3) Conscious and able to participate in interviews; (4) Signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患者： (1) 合并严重心、肺、脑疾病（如先天性心脏病、重度哮喘）； (2) 孕妇、精神障碍（如精神分裂症、重度抑郁）； (3) 无法配合数据收集（如认知障碍）。 2.家属： (1) 有精神障碍史； (2) 无法参与全程追踪（如长期出差）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients: (1) With severe heart, lung, or brain diseases (such as congenital heart disease, severe asthma); (2) Pregnant women, or those with mental disorders (such as schizophrenia, severe depression); (3) Unable to cooperate with data collection (such as cognitive impairment). 2. Family members: (1) With a history of mental disorders; (2) Unable to participate in full follow-up (such as long-term business travel).
