研究目的：

1.构建简单的、有效的、方便临床应用的个体化风险预测模型，为医护人员提供ECMO医院感染风险筛查工具。 2.运用模型早期识别医院感染高危人群，及早干预，降低医院感染，缩短患者住院时间，改善疾病预后，节约医疗资源，减轻患者痛苦与负担。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To construct a simple, validated and clinically user-friendly individualised risk prediction model to provide healthcare workers with a risk screening tool for ECMO hospital-acquired infections. 2.Through the use of risk prediction models to identify high-risk groups for hospital-acquired infections at an early stage and intervene at an early stage, hospital-acquired infections can be reduced, the length of hospitalisation of patients can be shortened, the prognosis of the disease can be improved, healthcare resources can be saved, and the pain and burden of patients can be reduced.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>=18岁 2. 进行ECMO支持治疗且治疗时间大于24小时的患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years 2. Patients receiving ECMO support for more than 24 hours

排除标准：

1. 行ECMO治疗前及开始治疗至24小时内已发生感染者 2. ECMO撤机48h后才发生感染者 3. 由于创伤或者非生物性因子刺激而产生的炎症表现

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with infection occurring before ECMO initiation or within 24 hours of starting ECMO 2. Patients with infection occurring more than 48 hours after ECMO decannulation 3. Inflammatory responses induced by trauma or non-biological factors
