研究目的：

1.本研究旨在探讨耳穴联合康复训练对盆底肌功能障碍的干预效果，评估其在改善盆底肌功能、尿失禁症状及生活质量方面的势，为临床康复提供科学依据。 2.本研究主要针对妇女产后远期盆底肌功能障碍，不同于大部分研究关注产后近期盆底肌状态，降低女性远期随年龄变化盆底肌功能障碍的发生率，减少未来医疗资源消耗，提高社会女性整体健康水平。  

Objectives of Study：

1. This study aims to explore the intervention effects of auricular acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, and to evaluate its potential in improving pelvic floor muscle function, urinary incontinence symptoms, and quality of life, providing a scientific basis for clinical rehabilitation. 2. This study mainly targets long-term postpartum pelvic floor muscle dysfunction in women, differing from most studies that focus on postpartum pelvic floor status in the short term. It aims to reduce the incidence of long-term pelvic floor muscle dysfunction in women as they age, decrease future healthcare resource consumption, and improve overall health levels among women in society.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合中华医师杂志中2024年版《《盆底功能障碍性疾病诊断及康复治疗专家共识》中盆底功能障碍性疾病的诊断标准； 2.宫内孕足月、单胎产妇； 3.患者同意接受项目中治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for pelvic floor dysfunction diseases as outlined in the 2024 edition of the 'Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Rehabilitation Treatment of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Diseases' in the Chinese Journal of Physicians; 2. Intrauterine pregnancy at full term, single fetus; 3. Patient agrees to receive the treatment in the program.

排除标准：

1.既往有中盆腔缺陷、尿失禁或其他 PFD 疾病史者； 2.患者机体状况差，合并严重的代谢性疾病、心血管疾病等； 3.产后恶露未净、 持续出血、伤口愈合不良、感染等不适宜实施康复治疗等影响盆底肌的其他疾病者； 4.合并恶性肿瘤、泌尿系统器质性病变、安装心脏起搏器及其他内科情况无法实施相关治疗者有; 5.不能配合遵嘱执行。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with a history of mid-pelvic defects, urinary incontinence, or other PFD (pelvic floor dysfunction) diseases; 2. Patients in poor physical condition, or with severe metabolic diseases, cardiovascular diseases, etc.; 3. After childbirth, those with retained lochia, persistent bleeding, poor wound healing, infections, or other conditions affecting the pelvic floor that make rehabilitation unsuitable; 4. Those with malignant tumors, organic urinary system lesions, pacemaker implantation, or other medical conditions that prevent relevant treatment; 5. Those unable to cooperate with instructions.
