研究目的：

1) 主要目的 OCTA 测量斜视手术前后眼前节血流参数的变化，明确手术对眼前节血供的影响。 2) 次要目的 评估眼前节血供恢复的时机，以指导二次手术，评价血流参数作为手术安全性指 标的可行性。 3) 探索性目的 探索不同手术方式（眼外肌后退/缩短）对眼前节血供影响的差异，建立手术量-血 流参数预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Primary Objective To measure changes in anterior segment blood flow parameters using OCTA before and after strabismus surgery, thereby clarifying the impact of the surgery on anterior segment blood supply. 2) Secondary Objectives To assess the timing of anterior segment blood supply recovery to guide the planning of reoperations. To evaluate the feasibility of using blood flow parameters as indicators of surgical safety. 3) Exploratory Objective To explore the differential effects of various surgical techniques (e.g., recession vs. resection of extraocular muscles) on anterior segment blood supply and to develop a predictive model correlating the amount of surgical intervention with blood flow parameters.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)经眼科检查，诊断为斜视; (2)具备斜视矫正手术指征; (3)有良好的依从性。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Diagnosed with strabismus based on ophthalmological examination; (2) Meeting the indications for strabismus correction surgery; (3) Possessing good compliance.

排除标准：

(1)患者眼球震颤，无法控制眼位; (2)患者固视配合差; (3)拒绝参与实验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with nystagmus and uncontrollable eye position; (2) Patients with poor fixation cooperation; (3) Patients who refuse to participate in the study.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection will employ paper-based case report forms (CRFs), while data management will utilize an electronic database (Excel) with a double-entry and verification process. Throughout the study, all documents (paper CRFs, electronic databases) will be securely stored in a designated locked area within the Department of Ophthalmology, The Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University, and/or on encrypted computers. Access will be restricted to authorized research team members only, ensuring data confidentiality, integrity, and traceability.
