研究目的：

（1）构建多中心研究队列，明确影响主动脉术后远端重塑不良的关键临床因素 （2）探索主动脉术后远端重塑不良的多模态特征，建立主动脉术后远端重塑不良多模态数据库 （3）构建主动脉术后远端重塑不良风险模型，研发辅助决策系统  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Construct a multicenter research cohort to clarify the key clinical factors influencing adverse distal remodeling after aortic surgery. (2) Explore the multimodal characteristics of adverse distal remodeling after aortic surgery and establish a multimodal database for it. (3) Build a risk model for adverse distal remodeling after aortic surgery and develop an auxiliary decision - support system.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a. 年龄大于等于18周岁； b. 术前3个月内行主动脉CTA； c. 术后1年内复查主动脉CTA； d. 术后远端有残余夹层

Inclusion criteria

a. Aged >= 18 years b. Underwent aortic computed tomography angiography (CTA) within 3 months preoperatively c. Underwent a follow-up aortic computed tomography angiography (CTA) within 1 year after surgery d. Presence of distal residual dissection after surger

排除标准：

a. 围术期死亡； b. 术后发生I型内漏； c. 支架移植物近远端出现支架源性新破口； d. 术后发生逆撕夹层或其他原因行主动脉手术； e. 主动脉穿通性溃疡； f. 创伤性夹层； g. 马凡综合征等遗传结缔组织病所导致的夹层； h. 主动脉炎性疾病； i. 主动脉CTA图像质量差无法分析

Exclusion criteria：

a. Perioperative mortality b. Developed Type I endoleak postoperatively c. Stent-induced new entry tears at the proximal and distal ends of the stent-graft d. Developed retrograde dissection or underwent reoperation on the aorta for other reasons postoperatively e. Aortic penetrating ulcer (APU) f. Traumatic aortic dissection g. Aortic dissection secondary to hereditary connective tissue disorders such as Marfan syndrome h. Aortic inflammatory diseases i. Poor image quality of aortic CTA, making it unavailable for analysis
