研究目的：

龋病，作为全球范围内危害口腔健康的第一大疾病。在临床上，二类洞口内直接充填需要借助口腔邻面成型系统的帮助，才能获得良好的充填效果。然而，发生在第二磨牙远中游离端的二类洞龋坏，常因第三磨牙的缺失或邻接异常，成型系统难以或者无法获得良好的就位，导致充填效果不佳。本研究拟比较目前临床上常用的口腔邻面成型系统在修复第二磨牙远中游离端二类洞的成型效果，为临床医生在实际操作中的成型系统选择提供一定帮助。  

Objectives of Study：

Dental caries, recognized as the most prevalent disease threatening global oral health, poses significant clinical challenges. For Class II cavity restorations, achieving optimal filling outcomes relies heavily on the use of proximal matrix systems. However, when caries occurs in the distal free-end of the second molar (often due to the absence or malpositioning of the third molar), conventional matrix systems frequently fail to achieve proper placement, leading to suboptimal restoration quality. This study aims to compare the performance of commonly used proximal matrix systems in restoring Class II cavities in the distal free-end of second molars, providing clinicians with evidence-based guidance for selecting the most effective system in such challenging cases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄在18-70岁之间，男女不限； 2、有远中二类龋坏的后牙； 3、远中无邻接牙齿或邻接丧失； 4、牙周健康或牙周疾病已经得到控制； 5、有良好的口腔卫生或经过口腔卫生宣教已改善； 6、患者有口内直接充填需要。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 18 and 70, both men and women are eligible; 2.Posterior teeth with distal Class II caries; 3.No distal adjacent tooth or loss of proximal contact; 4.Periodontal health or controlled periodontal disease; 5.Good oral hygiene or improved hygiene after oral health education; 6.Patients requiring direct intraoral restoration.

排除标准：

1、患者拒绝行口内直接充填修复的； 2、有严重牙周疾病的； 3、口腔卫生情况差。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients declining direct intraoral restoration; 2.Severe periodontal disease (e.g., probing depth >5mm, tooth mobility ≥Grade 2); 3.Poor oral hygiene (plaque index >30%, uncontrolled calculus deposition).
