研究目的：

本研究以择期行脊柱手术的骨量肌量减少性肥胖（OSO）患者为受试对象，采用随机化方案比较渐进式、多模式组合阻力运动方案与传统护理方案中OSO患者的虚弱状态、步态和平衡能力、起立-行走测试、体能状况和日常生活活动能力，在早期为OSO患者脊柱手术后增强体能、改善身体平衡、降低跌倒风险、改善临床状态和早日回归日常生活，在远期优化身体组分并提高肌肉质量和骨密度提供可行途径。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients with osteopenic obesity ( OSO ) who underwent elective spinal surgery were selected as subjects. The randomization scheme was used to compare the weak state, gait and balance ability, standing-walking test, physical condition and activities of daily living of OSO patients in the progressive, multi-mode combined resistance exercise program and the traditional nursing program. In the early stage, it provides a feasible way for OSO patients to enhance physical fitness, improve body balance, reduce fall risk, improve clinical status and return to daily life as soon as possible after spinal surgery, and optimize body composition and improve muscle mass and bone density in the long run.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 诊断符合骨量肌量减少性肥胖综合征； 2. ASA分级Ⅰ~II级； 3. 脊柱疾病诊断符合骨质疏松性椎体骨折、腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症，行择期PVP/PKP、或脊柱融合内固定手术的患者； 4. 在过去12个月中未经常参加体育锻炼者； 5. 自行签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis meets the criteria for sarcopenic obesity syndrome; 2. ASA classification I–II; 3. Spinal disease diagnosis includes osteoporotic vertebral fracture, lumbar disc herniation, or lumbar spinal stenosis, undergoing elective PVP/PKP or spinal fusion with internal fixation; 4. Did not regularly engage in physical exercise in the past 12 months; 5. Voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 有手术或麻醉禁忌症； 2. 严重心肺疾病； 3. 严重肢体残疾影响试验进行的； 4. 拒绝参加此次试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindications to surgery or anesthesia; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary disease; 3. Severe limb disability affecting trial participation; 4. Refusal to participate in this trial.
