研究目的：

本研究旨在识别老年髋部骨折患者围手术期具有临床可优化价值的关键指标，并评估上述指标与术后不良事件发生及术后功能恢复之间的关联强度，为围手术期管理优化与风险分层提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to identify key perioperative clinically modifiable factors in elderly patients with hip fractures and to evaluate the strength of their associations with postoperative adverse events and functional recovery, thereby providing evidence to inform optimization of perioperative management and risk stratification.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=65岁；2.经临床症状及影像学检查确诊为髋部骨折；3.接受手术治疗；4.可配合随访1年以上；5.由低能量损伤导致的单侧骨折。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 65 years; 2. Hip fracture confirmed by clinical presentation and imaging examinations; 3. Underwent surgical treatment; 4. Able to comply with follow-up for at least 1 year; 5. Unilateral fracture resulting from low-energy trauma.

排除标准：

1.接受保守治疗；2.多处骨折或损伤；3.开放性或病理性髋骨骨折；4.病历不足或随访缺失者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Received conservative (non-operative) treatment; 2. Multiple fractures or injuries; 3. Open or pathological hip fractures; 4. Insufficient medical records or loss to follow-up.
