研究目的：

通过比较不同重建算法对腹部能谱图像质量的影响，探讨能谱的单能量图像结合深度学习重建算法在腹部成像中的可行性，并探索最优等级的深度重建算法。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the impacts of different reconstruction algorithms on the quality of abdominal spectral images, this study aims to explore the feasibility of applying spectral monochromatic images combined with deep learning reconstruction algorithms in abdominal imaging, as well as to identify the optimal level of deep learning reconstruction algorithms.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄大于18岁，因临床相关疾病需要行腹部CT增强检查且可以耐受，并自愿参加研究的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged over 18 years old who need to undergo contrast-enhanced abdominal CT examination due to clinically relevant diseases, can tolerate the examination, and voluntarily participate in the study.

排除标准：

1. 对碘造影剂过敏； 2. 甲亢； 3. 心力衰竭； 4. 肝肾功能不全； 5. 不能配合检查； 6. 图像有严重伪影影响数据测量。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergy to iodine contrast agent; 2. Hyperthyroidism; 3. Heart failure; 4. Hepatic or renal insufficiency; 5. Inability to cooperate with the examination; 6. Severe artifacts in images affecting data measurement.
