研究目的：

基于声音的主观感受分类（是否有意义）与物理属性分类（声波特点），探究不同类型声音刺激对冷压痛与机械痛的缓解作用，根据研究结果与评价标准得出最佳声音刺激类型（第一部分、第二部分研究内容），进而初步探究其对临床中静脉采血急性疼痛的缓解作用（第三部分研究内容）。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on subjective perception classification (whether it is meaningful or not) and physical attribute classification (acoustic characteristics) of sounds, this study aims to investigate the alleviating effects of different types of sound stimulation on cold pressor pain and mechanical pain. According to the research results and evaluation criteria, the optimal sound stimulus type will be identified (Part I and Part II of the research). Subsequently, a preliminary exploration will be conducted into its alleviating effect on acute pain during clinical venipuncture (Part III of the research).

纳入标准：

20~39岁健康志愿者（第一、二部分研究）与行上肢静脉采血患者（第三部分研究，拟招募行体检的青年人群）。

Inclusion criteria

Healthy volunteers aged 20–39 years will be recruited for Parts I and II of the study. For Part III, the participants will be patients undergoing upper limb venipuncture, with a planned recruitment focus on young adults attending routine health examinations.

排除标准：

未签署研究知情同意；存在疼痛或不适，且NRS>=2；上肢实验区域存在相关外伤或疾病，如皮肤溃破、雷诺综合征、腕管综合征等；常见急性疾病发作期，包括上呼吸道感染、胃肠炎、过敏性鼻炎、荨麻疹以及各种外伤等；患有慢性疾病，包括高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、风湿免疫性疾病、抑郁症、肿瘤等重要系统或器官相关疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria comprised: failure to provide signed informed consent; the presence of pain or discomfort with a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) score >= 2; any relevant trauma or pathology in the upper limb test area (e.g., skin ulceration, Raynaud's syndrome, or carpal tunnel syndrome); the acute phase of any common illness, including upper respiratory tract infections, gastroenteritis, allergic rhinitis, urticaria, or various traumas; and a diagnosis of any chronic disease such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, rheumatic immune diseases, depression, neoplasms, or other diseases affecting major organ systems.

基于乐音是否有意义，对其进行二分类，根据不同类型声音刺激的实施顺序分为3个研究序列，BLANK，Mozart，Pref-Music，Mozart组采用的刺激乐音为《Sonata for Two Pianos in D Major K.448》（乐器：钢琴），我团队前期调查发现国内大多人群对该音乐并不熟悉，故将其设为“无意义”乐音刺激对照组。Pref-Music组使用的刺激乐音由受试者自行选择偏爱的音乐，若无法选择或无法获得该音乐，将使用国内大多人群所熟知的《梁祝小提琴协奏曲》（交响乐，小提琴为主）作为“有意义”乐音刺激。

Based on whether the sounds have meaning, they are classified into two categories. According to the sequence of implementing different types of sound stimuli, they are divided into three research sequences: BLANK, Mozart, Pref-Music. The stimulus sounds used in the Mozart group are "Sonata for Two Pianos in D Major K.448" (instruments: piano). Our team's previous investigation found that most people in China are not familiar with this music, so it was set as the "meaningless" sound stimulus control group. The stimulus sounds used in the Pref-Music group are the music preferred by the subjects themselves. If they cannot choose or obtain this music, the "meaningful" sound stimulus will be "The Violin Concerto of Liang Zhu" (symphony, with violin as the main instrument), which is familiar to most people in China.

基于噪音是否有意义，对其进行二分类，根据不同类型声音刺激的实施顺序分为3个研究序列：BLANK,Foreign,Chinese。Foreign组采用的刺激噪音为由男声意大利语朗读的《神曲》片段，鉴于国内大多人群并不熟知意大利语，无法理解其意义且难以获得充分联想，故将其设为“无意义”噪音刺激。基于Foreign组选择的噪音类型，Chinese组采用的刺激噪音为由男声普通话朗读的《百草园到三味书屋》片段，大多受试者熟知该文章且能够充分理解其意义，故将其设为“有意义”噪音刺激。

Based on the mathematical characteristics of the power spectrum of sound waves, this study selected white noise and pink noise as two special types of sound stimuli. According to the sequence of their implementation, they were divided into three research sequences: BLANK, White, Pink. The power spectral density of white noise is constant, while that of pink noise is characterized by a power spectral density inversely proportional to frequency. Visually, it is softer compared to white noise. Both types of noise can elicit certain meaningful associations and are widely used in research fields related to sleep and cognition.
