本研究旨在通过多中心单臂临床试验，系统评估罗普司亭NO1促进allo-HSCT后血小板植入的疗效及安全性.  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of ropustinib NO1 in promoting platelet engraftment after allo-HSCT through a multicenter single-arm clinical trial.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 年龄18-65岁，接受异基因造血干细胞移植（allo-HSCT）的恶性血液病患者 2: 签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1: Malignant hematologic disease patients aged 18-65 years who have undergone allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) 2: Sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

1: 活动性感染（CRP＞50mg/L或PCT＞0.5ng/mL） 2: 严重肝肾功能不全（ALT＞3倍正常值上限，Cr＞2倍正常值上限） 3: 既往血栓病史或遗传性血栓倾向

Exclusion criteria：

1: Active infection (CRP> 50 mg/L or PCT> 0.5 ng/mL) 2: Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction (ALT> 3 times the upper limit of normal, Cr> 2 times the upper limit of normal) 3: History of thrombosis or hereditary thrombotic predisposition
