研究目的：

通过在常规治疗的基础上增加MCT干预，评估其对酒依赖患者复饮行为的短期及中长期疗效，并建立针对酒依赖患者的综合干预模式  

Objectives of Study：

By adding MCT intervention to conventional treatment, this aims to evaluate its short-term and long-term effects on relapse behavior in patients with alcohol dependence, and to establish a comprehensive intervention model for these patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合ICD-10诊断标准中酒精使用障碍； 2.年龄18-60岁之间； 3.初中及以上文化水平； 4.无明显躯体戒断症状，临床机构酒精依赖戒断评估表（CIWA-Ar）评分<7分； 5.能配合心理治疗，同意完成随访评估，自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for alcohol use disorder; 2. Aged between 18 and 60 years; 3. Junior high school education or above; 4. No significant physical withdrawal symptoms, with a Clinical Institute Withdrawal Assessment for Alcohol (CIWA-Ar) score of less than 7; 5. Able to cooperate with psychological therapy, agree to complete follow-up assessments, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.既往或现患有可能影响认知功能的严重的躯体疾病或脑器质性疾病者（例如中风、艾滋病、丙型肝炎）； 2.伴有除酒精和尼古丁之外的其他物质依赖史者； 3.既往或现患有严重的精神疾病者（比如精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、与药物戒断无关的重性抑郁发作等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with a history of or current serious physical illnesses or organic brain diseases that may affect cognitive function (e.g., stroke, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis C); 2. Individuals with a history of dependence on substances other than alcohol and nicotine; 3. Individuals with a history of or current severe mental disorders (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depressive episodes unrelated to drug withdrawal).
