研究目的：

本研究旨在立足临床护理实践中护士共情能力不足、现有护士共情培训缺乏系统理论支撑的现实问题，以共情循环理论为核心指导框架，通过 “理论解构—文献查阅—课程构建—实践验证” 的研究路径，系统构建一套科学、规范且适用于临床护士的共情能力培训课程，最终为提升护士共情能力和改善患者就医体验提供一套可推广的培训方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to address the practical issues of insufficient empathy skills among nurses in clinical practice and the lack of a systematic theoretical foundation for existing empathy training programs. Guided by the Empathy Cycle Theory as the core framework, it will follow a research pathway of "theoretical analysis—literature review—course development—practical validation" to systematically construct a scientific, standardized, and clinically applicable empathy training curriculum for nurses. The ultimate goal is to provide a scalable training solution to enhance nurses' empathetic abilities and improve patient care experiences.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁； 2.在北京大学国际医院实习且既往没有实习经历； 3.未进行过共情培训； 4.本人同意参加此次培训.

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years. 2. Currently in a clinical practicum at Peking University International Hospital and has no prior practicum experience before this. 3. Has not received any empathy training. 4. Voluntarily agrees to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.不愿参与此次培训的护理实习生； 2.既往参加过共情培训

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nursing interns who are unwilling to participate in the training. 2. Those who have previously participated in any empathy training.

本研究采用区组随机化。随机序列由一名不参与任何研究实施的独立生物统计学者，利用 SPSS.27 软件生成。设定区组长度为 4 和 6，按 1:1 的比例将符合纳入标准的护理实习生分配至干预组（组别 B）或对照组（组别 A）。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study utilized block randomization. The allocation sequence was generated by an independent biostatistician, who was not involved in any part of the trial conduct, using SAS software version 9.4. Block sizes of 4 and 6 were used to randomly assign eligible nursing interns to either the intervention group (Group B) or the control group (Group A) in a 1:1 ratio.
