研究目的：

1.拟解决的科学问题：从神经-肌肉-步态角度来对认知障碍患者进行评估，并验证虚拟现实技术用于认知障碍患者康复训练中的作用。 2.主要研究目标：采集认知障碍患者行走时的脑电、肌电、步态信号，从中分析出丰富的反映患者认知功能以及神经-肌肉功能的指标，包括脑连接性、脑电复杂度、脑肌耦合度、步态稳定性等并且研发一款用于认知障碍患者认知康复训练的VR系统，为认知障碍患者的临床评估与康复手段提供理论依据和重要参考。 3.次要研究目标：调整VR训练内容，根据不同内容的作用效果，开发出更适合认知障碍患者的特异性、个性化康复训练内容。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Proposed scientific problem: to evaluate patients with cognitive impairment from the perspective of neuro-muscle-gait, and to verify the role of virtual reality technology in the rehabilitation training of patients with cognitive impairment. 2. Main research objectives: The electroencephalogram (EEG), electromyography (EMG) and gait signals of patients with cognitive impairment when walking were collected, from which rich indicators reflecting cognitive function and neuromuscular function were analyzed, including brain connectivity, EEG complexity, brain-muscle coupling, gait stability, etc., and a VR system for cognitive rehabilitation training of patients with cognitive impairment was developed. To provide theoretical basis and important reference for the clinical evaluation and rehabilitation of patients with cognitive impairment. 3. Secondary objectives: to adjust the VR training content and develop specific and personalized rehabilitation training content more suitable for patients with cognitive impairment according to the effects of different content.

纳入标准：

1.年龄50岁及以上中老年人，性别不限； 2.无行走障碍; 3.无语言障碍.

Inclusion criteria

1. Middle-aged and elderly people aged 50 and above, regardless of gender; 2. No walking impairments; 3. No speech impairments.

排除标准：

1.患有在承重关节中发生的影响步态的疾病者，如膝关节骨关节炎等； 2.患有严重骨质疏松症或关节活动受限者； 3.既往发生卒中的受试者； 4.10年内有下肢骨折或进行下肢手术者； 5.当前或者既往10年内患有恶性肿瘤疾病者（不包括非黑色素瘤皮肤癌）.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with diseases affecting gait in weight-bearing joints, such as knee osteoarthritis; 2. Individuals with severe osteoporosis or limited joint mobility; 3. Participants who have had a previous stroke; 4. Those who have had lower limb fractures or undergone lower limb surgery within the past 10 years; 5. Individuals currently or within the past 10 years diagnosed with malignant tumors (excluding non-melanoma skin cancer).
