研究目的：

本研究旨在比较早期肺腺癌中表现为部分实性结节与纯实性结节的病变在影像学特征（如实性成分平均CT值及其变化趋势）和病理学特征（如组织学分级、淋巴血管浸润、脏层胸膜侵犯、淋巴结转移）上的差异，评估两组患者的无复发生存期及不同临床T亚期的预后情况，探讨不同手术切除范围（肺叶切除vs亚肺叶切除）和淋巴结处理方式（系统性淋巴结清扫vs系统性淋巴结采样）对两组患者局部复发和远处转移风险的影响，进而为早期肺腺癌个体化手术策略的制定提供基于CT特征的循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to compare the differences in imaging features (such as the average CT value of solid components and their changing trends) and pathological features (such as histological grade, lymphovascular invasion, visceral pleural invasion, and lymph node metastasis) between lesions presenting as part-solid nodules (PSN) and solid nodules (SPN) in early lung adenocarcinoma, evaluate the differences in recurrence-free survival (RFS) between patients in the two groups and their prognostic outcomes across different clinical T sub-stages, explore the impacts of different surgical resection scopes (lobectomy vs. sublobar resection) and lymph node management approaches (systematic lymph node dissection vs. systematic lymph node sampling) on the risks of local recurrence and distant metastasis in patients of both groups, and thereby provide evidence-based references based on CT features for the formulation of individualized surgical strategies for early lung adenocarcinoma.

纳入标准：

1.病理学证实为浸润性肺腺癌。 2.术前CT显示为外周型部分实性结节（PSN）或纯实性结节（SPN）。 3.临床分期为IA期（依据第9版TNM分期标准）。

Inclusion criteria

1.Pathologically confirmed as invasive lung adenocarcinoma. 2.Preoperative CT shows peripheral part-solid nodules (PSN) or solid nodules (SPN). 3.Clinical stage is IA (according to the 9th edition of the TNM staging system).

排除标准：

1.纯磨玻璃结节（pure GGO）。 2.在他院进行CT检查，图像质量不一致或不可用。 3.CT检查与手术间隔时间超过1个月。 4.结节形态极不规则，无法精确测量。 5.非腺癌组织学类型（如鳞癌、小细胞肺癌等）。 6.术前接受过新辅助治疗（化疗、放疗或靶向治疗）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pure ground-glass nodules (pure GGO). 2.CT examination performed in other hospitals with inconsistent or unavailable image quality. 3.The interval between CT examination and surgery exceeds 1 month. 4.The nodule has an extremely irregular shape and cannot be accurately measured. 5.Non-adenocarcinoma histological types (such as squamous cell carcinoma, small cell lung cancer, etc.). 6.Preoperative neoadjuvant therapy (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or targeted therapy) was received.
