研究目的：

探讨超声引导下甲状软骨平面阻滞对DLTs患者术后咽喉痛及早期恢复质量的影响，以期为临床双腔气管患者手术麻醉提供理论指导。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the effect of ultrasound-guided thyrohyoid plane block on postoperative sore throat and early recovery quality in patients with DLTs, with the expectation of providing theoretical guidance for the surgical anesthesia of patients with double-lumen tracheal tubes in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期拟在全麻下行胸腔镜肺结节/肺叶/肺段切除手术的患者； 2.年龄>=18岁，性别不限； 3.ASA Ⅰ-III级； 4.体重指数（Body Mass Index，BMI）<30 kg/m^2； 5.患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. elective patients who are proposed to undergo thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule/lobe/segmental lung resection under general anaesthesia; 2. age >= 18 years, gender is not limited; 3. ASA grade I-III; 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) <30 kg/m^2; 5. Patient informed consent.

排除标准：

1.凝血功能障碍、局部/全身感染； 2.术前存在声音嘶哑、咳嗽、咽喉痛； 3.术前术前一周内存在急性上呼吸道感染； 4.口腔或咽喉部手术史； 5.哮喘或COPD病史； 6.可预料的困难气道。 7.语言障碍、精神疾病、痴呆

Exclusion criteria：

1. Coagulation disorders, localised/systemic infections; 2. Pre-operative hoarseness, cough, sore throat; 3. Acute upper respiratory tract infection within one week prior to surgery; 4. History of oral or pharyngeal surgery; 5. History of asthma or COPD; 6. Anticipated difficult airway. 7. Language impairment, psychiatric disorders, dementia
